Just what we needed
The customer service and follow up has been exceptional. As a small company, many of our service providers don't like to bother with us. LaborIQ has been quick to answer all my questions and has followed up independently to ensure my team and have what we need.
Pros
LaborIQ gave us a cost effective solution to helping our clients negotiate salaries.
Cons
We've run across a couple of jobs that we haven't found in the software, but LaborIQ has been so responsive in adding them that this is hardly a "con"

LaborIQ has great insights
Pros
The market reports and Salary Answers are very helpful to our clients. We work with all different industries so the additional feature narrowing down by industry has been very helpful.
Cons
There could be better hard skills available. Some job titles are missing but the team has helped me narrow things down when needed
Reasons for choosing LaborIQ
Price was better and I still believe it has the same information and is very user friendly. There are some glitches but it's a new product so I expect it to get even better over time.

Life Saver
We were in dire need of salary answers that were accurate and reliable. This application has been a lifesaver for our company because now we can get those answers and more, (e.g. supply & demand, future salary forecasting, and benchmarking). We have the upmost confidence in the recommended salary ranges because the reports can be drilled down to our company size, industry, and revenue. We never have to worry about being competitive within our market again!

Not able to edit a saved report without starting over No app integration

The most accurate compensation data available
I am able to competitively pay people in geographies (I have five offices and don't want to under pay staff) and risk losing people in this critical period of growth.
Pros
I can quickly find compensation data for any title in any geo for my company (based on size, based on office location, and based on my industry). It was the first data I felt really reflected reality!
Cons
They use government SAIC codes and titles and they may need to offer some "similar job titles" for people.

They were the most responsive, and were the only solution that was based on verified data.

Extremely good. Sales, on-boarding and support are top notch.
Pros
Easy to use and reports are very nicely done. Wide range of data that can pulled and neatly organized into client or pitch decks as well as published content.
Cons
Some job titles are missing but are being added. Would like to see custom input for job skills and responsibilities as well versus just a drop-down menu.
Reasons for choosing LaborIQ
Based on prior experience inside a large global firm that does compensation analysis very well I felt like LaborIQ was the closest to that of all the options available. Plus they are providing much broader labor analysis that even my old firm wasn't able to offer. The team there is very innovative and I believe they are just getting started and will continue to add new features to provide even more value. Very happy to have them as a partner.

I love the feature to narrow roles by responsibilities/skills & the support has been phenomenal!
So far, I have been very please with the set up, support and data. The customer service team support has been above and beyond and very much appreciated!
Pros
The best feature, to me, is being able to narrow job responsibilities to help ensure I'm comparing like roles. The software has a bit of a learning curve but I'm learning it fairly quickly.
Cons
From the main dashboard and market analysis I can narrow roles by responsibilities, but not once I have brought in the employee data and set up my dashboards. I wish there was a way to upate job roles within the dashboard after a title is selected.

LaborIQ gives us incredible insight
The company is very friendly and quick to respond to our needs. The software is easy to use and helps us accurately plan and forecast employee costs across every region in where we operate. We have more information at our finger tips about employee salary data than we have ever had in the 20 years of hiring technology employees. LaborIQ allowed us to not over pay for several technicians in a region I was unfamiliar. The product paid for itself in the first few months of us using it. I highly recommend this product to any company looking for insights on labor rates and labor forecasting.

The software is very easy to use and provides a extremely robust solution.
Cons
I had an issue logging in at first but their support team was very responsive and fixed my issue on their end immediately.

New Client Review
So far my experience has been great. I was working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] for close to 6 months before our organization made a decision. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was always very helpful and she stayed in touch doing whatever was necessary and possible to gain us as a client. After joining Labor IQ. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] became our client success partner. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been amazing. She is prompt and is willing to help with whatever we need. She has done several demonstrations already and is happy and very helpful each time.
Pros
Labor IQ's software is very user-friendly, is appealing to the eye, and is easy to navigate.
Cons
If I had to choose anything it would be user licenses. We have 5 licenses to use and if I could change anything I would make that more.

My Opinion
Overall I really enjoy using the tool. I am confident that as time passes, more and more customizable features will become available.
Pros
I loved the analytical reporting that was available within the tool. It also helps that data is being captured real time and the system discloses where the data is pulled from.
Cons
As it stands today the system has some limitations around truly customizing searches. It is lacking exporting features that are helpful also (i.e Ecxel).
