The great amount of modules allows us to track employee performance, engagement, rewards and recognition, compensation reviews. It also provides insightful suggestions and meaningful benchmark to allow my company compare itself with the rest of the industry on the different processes we run. It's very easy to use and user-friendly when it comes to navigation experience. Leapsome has helped me not to be consumed by spreadsheets on my desktop/computer and that the reminders are sent automatically so I do not have to run around the hallways trying to track people down to get signatures. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros As I type, I am looking at a stack of paper copies of HR documents that I need to file however, I was able to schedule 50 reviews in 5 minutes anyway. I have to admit, I was relieved that the "scoring" feature did not fail when I generated a performance report for the boss today. Now everything (self-reflection) that is related to performance reporting is in one place, therefore I do not have to open up a hundred email attachments every time I want to view someones history. #### Cons The logo on the home page appears to be way to small and appears to be ridiculously small. Additionally, I dislike how many times you have to click before viewing a brief history of someone's previous goals.
