This is Global usage platform , we are able to source the candidates with exact skills and knowledge and the job posting is very helpful to find the candidates who are all available in the Job Market.

In my point of view as a Recruiter, the past experience of the candidate worked company or employer should cross check the candidate uploaded experience is true or not. Still most of the candidates are faking the experience details.
