Liveforce has changed the way I staff my events!
Must have increased my work flow by at least 80% and can't wait to try it out at real busy pinch points in the year to see the full benefits. Liveforce is my secret weapon!
PROSSo flexible and easy to use both as a user and on the admin side. It enables you to fill bookings quickly and efficiently especially when working on many different jobs.
CONSUnfortunately it doesn't facilitate all recruitment needs and therefore I can see this as a negative for some companies who are looking for one package.

Thanks Fran. I love the phrase "secret weapon" I really appreciate your input in regard to facilitating all of the recruitment needs. Im hoping the updates we have planned to the crew application process and crew profiles will solve some of this. This is going live before summer. Easy to use; enhances productivity & aesthetically appealing
We have been able to move from a system that is becoming obsolete to a wonderful, modern system that is stylish but even more importantly, very functional. It has helped with overall production and has made all our systems more efficient.
PROSIt is so user friendly - extremely easy for both myself & candidates to use and it looks gorgeous! With Liveforce we are able to fill our bookings within moments and our staff are kept up to speed at all times. The support team are also always available, quick to respond and more than willing to work on finding solutions to any issues we have come across.
CONSThere are a few little things we are working through to enable Liveforce to integrate with our current system but the support team are actively working with us to find solutions.

Good but will be great
The Liveforce team are prepared to listen and create/adapt solutions to problems they had not predicted. Once versed in its use teams are automatically briefed and organised. Brilliant.
CONSIt is not user friendly on a phone, especially not Samsung . It also has not found a solution for a good operational overview that is better then names in cells.

Constructive feedback is the best way for us to improve the platform. I see you mentioned its not thatuser friendly on a samsung phone. Im assuming you mean the admin part and not the crew app? We have plans to build out an admin native app - so i'll make sure we get in touch to get your input and ideas on what we have planned. In regard to operational overview - there may be a way of exporting this from the status page which gives you the overview you're looking for. I'll get in touch soon to go through it:-) Thanks again! Changing the Game!
The ability to effectively communicate our shifts with staff and give the one platform that they can deal with us through.
PROSAll our staff is finding the app so user-friendly that booking staff in has become second nature, our job roles have changed from just sitting filling positions all day to actually having the time to maintain and build the relationships with our staff and our clients.
CONSThe compliance elements of the software are currently a tad loose, however, it is in the works of changing and with how fast and responsive the Liveforce team is with updates and progression I have no doubt this will change very soon!

Excellent Liveforce App
This is a must-have and wonderful app that keeps you truly mobile while when accessing and responding to HR issues and updates.
PROSThe fact that it is mobile compatible for managing HR and employee functions and activities makes me love it. Liveforce is an app that accepts more than one company with different or related businesses to co-exist on the same platform
CONSOne of the cons of Liveforce is that the view is limited on mobile when you have to search listed activities on the App.

Brief review of liveforce admin board
Ease of use is excellent and visually very easily to navigate and use. The app means that candidate response and interaction is very fast and efficient. Made life so much easier.
