A great employee engagement platform

PROS

Anova provides a user-friendly platform with lots of features for creating engagement surveys with multiple options and data security measures make it a valuable tool for businesses and researchers seeking to gather actionable insights from their employees. The software provides a range of reports and recommendations by analysing the responses received enabling the organisation to improve employee wellbeing.

CONS

Sometimes can be a little bit difficult to use on a mobile device with a small screen.

Insightful free trial

We are a growing company that is faced with a highly variable labor market, and so we want to ensure our company culture is healthy and sustainable throughout its expansion. Anova's product allowed us to quantify employee engagement and collect valuable feedback all the while prioritizing staff anonymity. Anova were incredibly responsive to our needs and supported us consistently throughout the trial.

PROS

The platform was ready to go almost immediately, and it was brilliant to see answers trickling in. The survey covered a wide range of topics and used several different metrics to qualify results. The results were presented in a concise and accessible manner without compromising the depth of the results.

CONS

There were a couple of inconsistencies in the reporting of the data, but these were quickly amended once highlighted.

Anova- Employee Assessment

Anova is a tool for assessments that helps organizations increase engagement and productivity with their staff by obtaining input from them and the data gathered from the tool supports the development of a stronger and more contented staff. No free or trial version is available yet, however, monthly subscription charges are quite low. One should try at least.

PROS

It seems to be a good tool for employee assessment and collecting input from them to make a healthy working environment.Low monthly subscription charges.

CONS

I can not say much about the disadvantages of this tool, however, there is no free or trial version available.

Seamless user experience

As an end user, I have a limited view of the full capability that Anova offers, however, it offers a seamless user experience. It is also great to see that employers are keen to better understand what impacts on employee wellbeing in order to design engagement tools that work.

PROS

Questions are framed in an unambiguous manner, the layout is clear, the progress bar is visible at all times so there are no surprises in terms of how much effort the survey requires.

CONS

On completion, it would be interesting to see some stats from the survey (or surveys in general), e.g. how many people have already responded, or what the current trend is on one of the parameters etc.

Refreshing way to approach employee engagement

Very positive. It has been a great addition to our business and will continue to be a key tool in helping us to achieve our business goals for the years ahead.

PROS

The tool was easy to implement with good support and clear guidance. The surveys are easy to run and the resulting data was really well presented, clear and always comes with an action plan. The ability to filter data easily and use the results to inform SMT level decision making. The feedback from our team regarding Anova was very positive.

CONS

It would be good if there was a length of service filter. As a consultancy business, there was a little confusion at the outset by the end user over whether they responded about our business or the end client environment. Once we identified this, the Anova team were great in supporting us through addressing this with comms.
