Seamless user experience

As an end user, I have a limited view of the full capability that Anova offers, however, it offers a seamless user experience. It is also great to see that employers are keen to better understand what impacts on employee wellbeing in order to design engagement tools that work.

PROS

Questions are framed in an unambiguous manner, the layout is clear, the progress bar is visible at all times so there are no surprises in terms of how much effort the survey requires.

CONS

On completion, it would be interesting to see some stats from the survey (or surveys in general), e.g. how many people have already responded, or what the current trend is on one of the parameters etc.

Insightful free trial

We are a growing company that is faced with a highly variable labor market, and so we want to ensure our company culture is healthy and sustainable throughout its expansion. Anova's product allowed us to quantify employee engagement and collect valuable feedback all the while prioritizing staff anonymity. Anova were incredibly responsive to our needs and supported us consistently throughout the trial.

PROS

The platform was ready to go almost immediately, and it was brilliant to see answers trickling in. The survey covered a wide range of topics and used several different metrics to qualify results. The results were presented in a concise and accessible manner without compromising the depth of the results.

CONS

There were a couple of inconsistencies in the reporting of the data, but these were quickly amended once highlighted.

Anova- Employee Assessment

Anova is a tool for assessments that helps organizations increase engagement and productivity with their staff by obtaining input from them and the data gathered from the tool supports the development of a stronger and more contented staff. No free or trial version is available yet, however, monthly subscription charges are quite low. One should try at least.

PROS

It seems to be a good tool for employee assessment and collecting input from them to make a healthy working environment.Low monthly subscription charges.

CONS

I can not say much about the disadvantages of this tool, however, there is no free or trial version available.

Refreshing way to approach employee engagement

Very positive. It has been a great addition to our business and will continue to be a key tool in helping us to achieve our business goals for the years ahead.

PROS

The tool was easy to implement with good support and clear guidance. The surveys are easy to run and the resulting data was really well presented, clear and always comes with an action plan. The ability to filter data easily and use the results to inform SMT level decision making. The feedback from our team regarding Anova was very positive.

CONS

It would be good if there was a length of service filter. As a consultancy business, there was a little confusion at the outset by the end user over whether they responded about our business or the end client environment. Once we identified this, the Anova team were great in supporting us through addressing this with comms.

PROS

The simplicity to achieve the tools to engage my staff are excellent and there in the impact is profound for the business and looking after our people.

Finally a tool that goes deeper than engagement stats and looks at the root indicators of wellbeing.

My experience has been excellent. The system is well designed and intuitive and our team have given really encouraging feedback. Since we have brought Anova onboard, we have made improvements to our wellbeing programme and it's really working for us.

PROS

I like how easy the system is to use and the range of topics covered. It's very thorough but without taking too long to complete. Our managers get the data fed back to them anonymously and then they act on it and I know they get excellent support from the Anova team on how to implement recommendations.

CONS

I can not see any cons with this system from a user perspective - it's excellent and has really boosted team morale!

Employment engagement but from a great foundation of well being and health as the start and base

Great insights and powerful methods to look at the people, teams and overall health, wellbeing and culture. Team are super helpful and its great value for money to deploy.

PROS

Its start point is from team wellbeing and this is a key point of difference and in todays workplace a key point of measure and evaluation.

CONS

Downloadable feature is on the way and will be useful

Really useful to start conversations

The reports and the visuals made our strengths really stand out and now we need to think what we do to celebrate and build on these.
