Anova's product allowed us to quantify employee engagement and collect valuable feedback all the while prioritizing staff anonymity. The survey covered a wide range of topics and used several different metrics to qualify results. Anova is a tool for assessments that helps organizations increase engagement and productivity with their staff by obtaining input from them and the data gathered from the tool supports the development of a stronger and more contented staff. No free or trial version is available yet, however, monthly subscription charges are quite low. The surveys are easy to run and the resulting data was really well presented, clear and always comes with an action plan. The ability to filter data easily and use the results to inform SMT level decision making. The feedback from our team regarding Anova was very positive. #### Cons It would be good if there was a length of service filter. As a consultancy business, there was a little confusion at the outset by the end user over whether they responded about our business or the end client environment. It's very thorough but without taking too long to complete.
