Poor functionality with multiple significant issues and lack of customer service

Pros

Affordable, marketing was presented well, included careers site

Cons

Approval emails not customisable Issues for 50% of candidates in replying to emails within the system, resulting in poor image and loss of candidates Issues resulted in CRM functionality not being worthwhile, meaning all communications, templates, document gathering had to be completed externally Disjointed on-boarding was not able to use due to flow of the system and appearance to senior executives being poor. Maintenance of careers sight was additional cost. Attempt to bring this in house did not work despite MR+ advertising giving the impression there would be numerous ways to manage the careers site while integrating the MR+ functionality.
