Functionality and Capability does not just end with recruitment! Continually advancing
They are driven and motivated by their customer's wants and needs. Their support is nothing short of amazing and I always love speaking with their team. We all know we are living and working in a vastly evolving world where technology is rapidly changing the way we do things. As a business or as HR professionals, we shouldn’t comprise or be held back by system limitations or their lack of forward-thinking - that’s why I choose MyRecruitment+.
PROSEnd-to-end recruitment is managed online through customized setups that are easily administrated by a recruitment person/team. A professionally branded platform for candidates going through the onboarding process. Can handle multi-entity companies. Its functionality and capability do not just stop at recruitment. It has a comprehensive information gathering system that we use to maintain employee information, and my favorite part is – employees self-populate their own employee cards! eliminating any data entry. Create online forms, send out text messages, questionnaires, and easily export your data as well as integrate with a continuously growing number of external platforms/payroll systems. The support team is amazingly friendly and always open to suggestions for improvement. MRP grows with the market demand.
CONSSometimes it's hard to find a system that does EVERYTHING you want it to, the way you want it to. For me, the only things that perhaps require enhancement are already being worked on and there are so many other ways to use the system to get around those very minimal shortfalls and to deliver on what I need it to. Systems can be like candidates - sometimes it's not about finding the one with the perfect existing skillset - it's the potential of their approach to ongoing development!!

Poor functionality with multiple significant issues and lack of customer service
Affordable, marketing was presented well, included careers site
CONSApproval emails not customisable Issues for 50% of candidates in replying to emails within the system, resulting in poor image and loss of candidates Issues resulted in CRM functionality not being worthwhile, meaning all communications, templates, document gathering had to be completed externally Disjointed on-boarding was not able to use due to flow of the system and appearance to senior executives being poor. Maintenance of careers sight was additional cost. Attempt to bring this in house did not work despite MR+ advertising giving the impression there would be numerous ways to manage the careers site while integrating the MR+ functionality.
