Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the fact it can do pretty much anything you need it to do.

  • I like how everything is neatly organized and easy to find. I also like how you can customize your screen to show only what you need to avoid screen clutter.

  • Cons

  • Cost per user was a but high, but understandable.

  • Call center implementation is very expensive, but you also get what you pay for. More recently there are bugs of users numbers not routing correctly.

  • Pros

  • I love that everything is easy to find. It's extremely user friendly. Even our older employees who are less computer friendly can use this.

  • I love being able to see my information in real time. The ability to send over time off and have it documented. I also love the dashboard, the cleanness, and seeing team member updates is amazing!

  • Cons

  • The price is a little steep for a small business, but probably worth it.

  • no chat support, only email..responses are quick but sometimes having access to chat support right away would be great
