An all-in-one system
On the day-to-day, OneTeam360 has been a great help for staff tracking and engagement opportunities between managers and entry-level staff. Having all of these daily interactions has changed the entire way we can structure our quarterly reviews and try to keep building up our staff's potential.
CONSGetting folks used to using the software took a little bit of time, but now that folks recognize that every day counts towards OneTeam360's point algorithm the investment feels a little higher. We're looking forward to finding a good opportunity to use the Competition function, which has not been utilized yet.

Best Engagement
Overall we have had a great experience from the onboarding process, training process and just general customer service. We felt like we were in good hands right from the beginning to truly help us learn to engage with our team.
PROSOneTeam is super easy to use and was a breeze to implement. Our business has many remote locations and this system allowed us to up our engagement and team communication to levels we have never seen. The competitions function really gets everyone excited to work. In addition, our ability to document and track how our team is doing day to day has never been better. This has helped us identify team members that are standing out day to day that deserve recognition.
CONSThere are a few features and setting that we thought were missing but as soon as we suggested them they were on the roadmap. OneTeam is on the right track to truly make this the right solution for everyone.

OneTeam 360 Review
The skill tracking feature makes it easy to ensure employees are providing high quality of service over a period of time. It allows for recognition of those employees who go above and beyond and clear goal setting for those who need improvement.
CONSIt would be beneficial if users could see how they scored on different interaction factors for a given day so they are able to adjust their performance if needed on a particular category of their work.

Robust, versatile and easy-to-use platform
This is a very comprehensive employee management platform that provides a set of valuable capabilities for workforce performance, monitor compliance tracking and strengthen employee training.
PROSLearning to use the platform is very simple and fast. Strengthens internal communication with interactions between employees. It makes it easy for employees to successfully meet internal compliance requirements. I really like how intuitive it is for managing employee schedules and shifts. It is very easy to share screens and documents.
CONSI found nothing negative that I could mention about this platform.
