Experiencing some lag when using the web version.

So far I have not experienced something I’ve disliked on the app.

Well though through solving one purpose in the best way possible. Coming from a Design Studio, make the platform super intuitive and easy to use.

It also helps in keeping transparent who has taken leave that day, so that we don't disturb them. It can also be added to google calendar to sync your leaves with the calendar.

In addition, the Slack integration is seamless and has been a game-changer for us. Applying for and getting leaves approved is now just a few clicks away.

Nothing to specify, sometimes its confusing for using it.

I like that is a really friendly-easy platform and connects with Slack, which makes our lives and time-off request easier. Also, I like that you can know who is out for some days.

Pause is an interesting tool to manage leaves. And it's easy to use, one of the best user-friendly interface in the market and as it says it's build for modern teams.

I love the fact that this software is completely no-nonsense - serves it's purpose and provides just the right features. It's not overcrowded with lots of frills and complicated integrations.

Pause has really taken the pain out of applying for and approving leaves.

I love the ease of reporting payroll to Asure and then all the (correct) calculations and deductions are handled by Asure and it's less stress on our company.

There's nothing clear about navigating the webpage once you're logged in-- if you want to quickly look to see how much vacation or sick leave you have left, it's not clearly put in front of you.

Like clockwork, Asure along with my CPA was able to complete quarterly returns and take care of payroll taxes.

At first it was confusing how to use the system compared to the payroll program I was used to.

We have been very satisfied with Asure Payroll & Tax Management. The proof is in staying loyal to them even when other companies have tried to get us to switch to their companies.

They never sent us termination forms or stressed that they were necessary when we told them that we no lonnger needed their services.

It's been great working with them since 2013 when I came onboard. Great to see them grow and evolve.

They make termination difficult. We stopped needing the service in 2021 and informed them of our last payrol date.

Asure bought out our old payroll system (Compass) which was admittedly antiquated. My GL imports have been broken since I started, and getting it fixed is impossible.

It gets the job done every payroll without any problems and without costing a lot of money. It's also easy to use and takes very little time to operate.

Again, there is little reference material to guide one through different scenarios that are easy to understand. No reference or procedure guides.

For the most part, it work out well. I overlooked an error in 2023 but it's something we look out for moving forward.

It is easy to use doesn't have too much complicated stuff. Straight and convenient to understand.

We told them we spoke on the phone with someone twice and they said too bad but their phone records don't go back that far so we can't prove it so they will not give us any money back.
