Upon deciding to leave Paychex, I found that they have things set up to make it as difficult and expensive as possible to leave.

There are errors, random (i may add) that happen from time to time which is very annoying when using the phone app. It needs a lot of work from their development team.

Its an easy to use software which helps you to easily clock in and out, easy to schedule time offs and share with others.

They also have amazing customer service which they make personal and memorable.

The worst company to hire for your payroll needs.

I am most pleased with the ease of their system and the broad availability of reports. Additionally, their customer service exceeds my expectations every time.

Overall, I like Paychex Flex. This allows me to not have to contact HR for minor questions, like, what do my benefits say about the deductible or requesting time off from my manager.

Having everything in one space including payroll, HR and reporting is a fantastic concept. It's very easy to enter payroll for your administration and flex is a very self-guided program.

Being able to integrate all of the information you need access to prevents a lot of headaches.

For the most part, Paychex Flex is a wonderful integrated HRIS product. It is truly full cycle, from recruiting to succession planning, training, through the end of employment.

Love that it keeps up with the time. Facial recognition has been integrated for the users and that is wonderful.

What I like most about Paychex Flex is the payroll management and tracking segment of the website. The new updates provide a fresh clean look and everything is extremely easy to find.

Loved that they took all the background Payroll processes like Taxes, YearEnd forms (W2 & 1099). Found that there was a lot that you can utilize on the platform.

Definitely happy with it and very useful. It's great to have the option to use the time card feature on my computer.

3 Weeks after cancelling no one called and they had the audacity to not only try and bill us but add charges because they tried to pull from our bank for payroll and we cut them off.

The customer service is terrible. Our account rep is changed  every few months and we are not notified until we try to process payroll and find the other person is gone.

It was a very simple system, and we were very pleased with what it offered.

Paychex made multiple errors with my account from initial implementation. Company charged higher than quoted invoice fees and was difficult to get a response from my specialist.

Overall, it's been a great experience. I would highly recommend this to others.

I've really enjoyed the Paychex Flex app in my years of usage. Like I've said before, it's incredibly easy to navigate and view stubs, tax information, etc.

Payroll processing was pretty good. Account is active even after leaving company.

Accounting by Wave is super easy to navigate and use. It helps with bookkeeping and makes my job a little easier.

The customer service is useless. They say the transaction issue is due to their third party and that they have no control over this.

It is so super easy to use, integrates with my Stripe account so clients can easily pay by credit card and even better - it's free.

Though I love Spark, I'm hopefully that Wave's banking that is coming soon will be a good future solution. I love Wave for everything else.

Love using wave to track my spending and budgeting through their software. When I make payments with my credit card, I'm able to go in and categorize everything super easily.

This free tool does more than many paid one does and the payment system is just another nice addition also great UX.

Another cool thing is that you can convert that estimate to an invoice which saves you a lot of time. The email integration is also great as it sends documents direct to the customers inbox.

I also like that their customer service is responsive and you can chat when you have questions.

It sometimes would get messed up. Transactions were doubled and it wasn’t always in sync with my accounts which made my accountant nervous.

I like that is user friendly and a free services to help those in small business. I wanted to like it more than quickbooks.

Love to use Wave to create and share invoices with clients. It integrates with my bank account well and the invoice layouts are easy to read.

Creating and customizing invoices are a breeze. The ability to instantly send them out electronically is fantastic.

They trapped 10k+ by inserting a payment link into invoices and when the customer pays they give you every excuse in the book to hold the money.
