The ATS enables users to post jobs to job boards and social networks and manage and maintain job openings, requests and position acquisitions. All applicant information is stored in one centralized location including resumes, ratings, application date and more. Users can manage offer letters of prospective applicants, as well as monitor the number of open positions available.
The solution includes a searchable resume database with a percentage-based algorithm that matches applicants based on skills. Resumes can be searched by keywords and all applications can be stored for later job postings and future positions. The solution also includes a notification system for each user profile which can give alerts for tasks that require action, upcoming interviews and more.
