The system is easy, informative, loads of jobs to choose from. It helps in the recruitment process, we use it for all our roles.

The best feature is that you can actually create your own benchmarking that is very specific to the role that you're hiring.

Finding out what the stressors are for them at work, what kind of management style that they can an can not thrive being managed under.

Problems uploading and creating JD - wont  upload  from word  and when copy and paste it enters wrong.

The suggested interview questions are also very useful. Giving us insights into candidates strengths and opportunty areas is fantastic.

The ability to compare candidates is such an amazing feature. With its skill testing feature, it can easily assess an applicant, allowing me to determine traits which are applicable to our company.

I like the updated interface of Prevue and find it easier to navigate. The support has also been fantastic, from initial onboarding to the ongoing support and check ins.

The tools and set up are very easy to use and train managers on the use of the system.

Ability to make notes to share among HR team. A good overview of a candidate's fit to the organziational culture.

It can be dependent on the testing given which can cause confusion on which report to generate.

My favorite thing about this software is the design layout. From your home screen you can see everything in one shot.

I like that I can navigate the system without having to ask questions. I also like the integration we have with them - it makes our clients so happy with both services.

I also enjoyed learning about the process and the skills attributes measured within the assessment. I also thought that the pricing model was competitive and worth the value.

Prevue is a easy to use and valuable assessment software.

The ease of use; click a few criteria and you are good to go. The the ability to communicate with the candidates directly from the software.

Appears to be issues with searching candidate name/history. Will not let me add in applicant if it says already in system, but when searching that candidate, no results found.

It is difficult with time zones to always have to make the call.

I love the flexibility to customize employee reviews to our own standards of operation. Recent enhancements have really improved the interface experience and streamlined use of features.

Performance Culture as a product and an organization have been  great to work with. I could always get in touch with the support team when I had questions.

The objective box was a little hard for managers to get use to seeing they could not edit previously submitted objectives. Setting up, scheduling and editing check-ins seemed to cause some confusion.

Some of the online training may be too broad that it may confuse people learning the program.

Also, even though I am an administrator, I can not upload files into emplyee profiles - only the account owner can do this which seems weird.

I've yet to find anything about the system that I don't like.

Love that the system is interactive with email alerts this makes a HR department of one run very smooth.

It is easy to navigate and it is a great tool for creating communication among our teams.
