Highly recommend PromptPayPlanner to any company still using spreadsheets today!
Eliminated spreadsheets and streamlined our corporate annual review cycle and our field management quarterly bonus program. This tool has literally saved our company hundreds of man hours and has more than proven its ROI.
PROSPromptPayPlanner is cost-effective, customizable, easy to use, and has a great customer support team behind it. They have been able to customize the tool to our exact specifications without the heavy price tag that usually comes along with a customized solution. I highly recommend this product to anyone still using spreadsheets today.
CONSIt is a small company, but I feel that is one of the reasons they are able to offer excellent customer service and quick-turnarounds for customized solutions.

PromptPayPlanner Review
We used PromptPayPlanner to automate what was a very manual process. As a result, we've experienced a much smoother process with fewer errors and reduced administrative time. The PromptPay team is awesome and attentive. They go above and beyond to meet and exceed not only our objectives, but sometimes our last minutes wishes.
PROSThe software looks and feels like excel, so it has been easy for our users to pick up and utilize at all levels of the organization.
CONSWe have not taken steps to integrate the software, so we are having to update employee data manually and as-needed. This may or may not be a software issue, but has been a challenge for us.

We have used the software for 2 yrs. Most of the users find it easy to use and use it year round
The people I work with at Prompt are great. They are always very responsive and seem to do everything they can to meet our needs. Even when they can't they are always open to thinking about it as a future enhancement or coming up with a workaround to meet our needs. It is not unusual for me to have a last minute request outside of requirements and they always do what they can to meet my need. We use both salary and performance planning , some of the administrator functionality in salary planning isn't available in Performance, but again we are in discussion about those changes and have confidence they will create solutions to meet our needs

Great System
It is an easy system to use and if a fix is needed it is also easy to do.
PROSIt is a simple and easy software, it gets the job done and maintenance is also easy, the customer service is great.

My experiences with Prompt Pay Planner
CSR at Prompt have always been amazing to work with and lord knows I put them through the the paces with multiple plan design changes with no lead times and changes to fundamental programming deep into the process. I was never one hit with a charge that was out of scope even though some of my changes clearly were. I used it at 2 completely different organizations and they customized a solution that worked for me at both places which couldn’t have been more different or complicated. They saved me a ton of money and time over the years and can’t recommend them enough if you need what they have to offer.
PROSThe product has always been very simple and flexible to use in two different organizations without getting a ton of technical people to help you run it.
CONSIt’s not an all-bells-and-whistles product and some people might expect that. It lacks a little bit of pretty in some respects and I have never used it with automatic interfaces set up so there is some manual load work to do. I knew that from the beginning and they never tried to gloss over that fact, but work is work.

Customer service was superior. Cannot over emphasize the need for quick turnaround when it comes to processing the annual HR cycle. Prompt never let us down from the outset and continuously with last-minute, immediate turnaround requests. On top of that, they were always receptive and understanding. Not just an application but consultants. The Prompt team offered best practices and brainstormed solutions. Took time to train administrators with hands-on overview to ensure we understood how to leverage the program.
PROSThe software is custom built based on client defined requirements. Other systems don't necessarily offer or configure the same flexibility.
CONSAlways found ways to accommodate any challenge.

Prompt Pay
We have been customers since 2009 or 2010 and have watch the system continue to evolve. Prompt Pay has made a very manual process, automated and easy to use. It allowed us to put controls in place to manage our multiple bonus plans globally. Gillian and her team give world class customer service which you can not get from any other provider. The Prompt Pay team really understands your business/compensation needs no matter how difficult and can change with your changes.
PROSThe easy of use and customization, tailored to our global companies needs. It's accessible anywhere 24/7. The customer service and support.
CONSSome of the reports are not exportable to csv and when they are, they require a lot of manipulation.

We are very pleased with PromptPayPlanner!
The team was extremely helpful and the tool is extremely flexible which suits the complexities in our structure and processes.
PROSThe configurability is what attracted me to the tool and the value compared to other tools that we looked at is exponentially higher.
CONSYou really have to know your data and processes to be able to configure the tool. It's not an off the shelf system built based on best practices, but that's why it works for us!

Love working with PPP
Love working with Gillian and the Prompt Pay Planner team. They understand our ever-changing business requirements, help suggest features, and provide outstanding customer service. For the end user, the product is very similar to Excel and easy to use. And being able to export the data means I can easily import it into our HRIS platform. I can't say enough good about this product and this group of people.
