The Recruiteze software gives you everything that the more expensive software gives you with more personal touches and a better price.

There is a lot to like with this software, from ease of use, ease of setup, and how fast it is to get a business up and running and looking like a superhero.

Ease of use, published jobs to multiple recruiting sites, and helps me work through candidates.

Complements current job posting efforts of primary ATS. Great value and excellent support.

It's also a bit difficult to find the tutorials. Although, that may have been me not taking the time to look for it.

Implementing Recruiteze through our website was extremely easy. It has developed significantly over the last year.

I am using Recruiteze ATS (Database)system since last couple of months. We find it very user friendly and cost effective.

The formatting options can feel limited and sometimes unexplainable issues happen with resumes that go through the system, but they are working on fixing those concerns.

The colors are appealing, soft and easy on the eyes. Aesthetics is very important to me when working with online tools.

We used to require numerous people be prepared to manually format resumes on a moments notice--and often they ended up with discrepancies and errors.

The ability to bulk email candidates, having access to dashboards that tell me through awesome workflows where my candidates are and next steps.

Ours is a new school with a limited budget, hence we needed to look for a comprehensive ATS which is scalable, budge friendly at the same time efficient, easy to use and deliver the necessity.

I hope it's better from an HR processing standpoint, otherwise there's not muse use in continuing its use.

I love the ease of reporting payroll to Asure and then all the (correct) calculations and deductions are handled by Asure and it's less stress on our company.

There's nothing clear about navigating the webpage once you're logged in-- if you want to quickly look to see how much vacation or sick leave you have left, it's not clearly put in front of you.

Like clockwork, Asure along with my CPA was able to complete quarterly returns and take care of payroll taxes.

We have been very satisfied with Asure Payroll & Tax Management. The proof is in staying loyal to them even when other companies have tried to get us to switch to their companies.

They never sent us termination forms or stressed that they were necessary when we told them that we no lonnger needed their services.

It's been great working with them since 2013 when I came onboard. Great to see them grow and evolve.

They make termination difficult. We stopped needing the service in 2021 and informed them of our last payrol date.

Asure bought out our old payroll system (Compass) which was admittedly antiquated. My GL imports have been broken since I started, and getting it fixed is impossible.

It gets the job done every payroll without any problems and without costing a lot of money. It's also easy to use and takes very little time to operate.

Again, there is little reference material to guide one through different scenarios that are easy to understand. No reference or procedure guides.

For the most part, it work out well. I overlooked an error in 2023 but it's something we look out for moving forward.

It is easy to use doesn't have too much complicated stuff. Straight and convenient to understand.

We told them we spoke on the phone with someone twice and they said too bad but their phone records don't go back that far so we can't prove it so they will not give us any money back.
