I've been using Relias from 7 months and it has turned out to be really helpful in assigning checklists to the candidates. The ease of use has definitely been a plus as even our technically challenged candidates are able to go through the checklists and complete it. There are minimal chances of duplicate candidates as the email address is mandatory to add an applicant. It has really made something as mind boggling as recruitment easy and convenient in a way.

One thing that has always bugged me is that every time a checklist is assigned to a candidate on their email, they are not able to login right away. They have to first reset the password and then perform the checklist. There should be this feature of sending user ID & login password to the applicant along with the mail that contains the checklist. It will be really helpful for people who are not that tech savvy.
