  • Pros

  • I was thrilled with the ease of use. I spent more time filling out this review than I did enrolling in the benefits.
  • It has a rich feature set, and is fairly easy to set-up. Working within the software is intuitive, and the Rippling support team is responsive, helpful, and friendly.
  • I can easily get to all other applications needed, the integration functionality is great. Super helpful and user friendly.
  • Cons

  • This has ended up being about a $1200 mistake. I asked them to reimburse me the money themselves due to their error, but they told me to pound sand.
  • Everything must be managed via third party apps, which add to the price. Autoapprove fails for all employees if even one person, such as a new hire, is missing any information in their profile.
  • Probably more of our problem, but the birthdays are not up to date.

  • It helps to distinguish the ok employees from the great employees. Aaron is also so helpful and responsive whenever I have a question about the product.
  • I have the ability to reach out to the team who has always been a huge help in helping us understand areas where we need a little more explanation. Awesome Customer Service from the start.
  • What I like most about The Hire Talent is the ease of use and the great assistance when it comes to setting up your account. It is a one-stop shop that produces great results.

  • I always struggled to right person for my office position. The Hire Talent fix my problem.
  • That its still don't solved all our problems we still have to find other platforms for the same type of portal.
  • There's no magic "make all my decisions for me" button.
