Pros/Cons
Pros
- I was thrilled with the ease of use. I spent more time filling out this review than I did enrolling in the benefits.
- It has a rich feature set, and is fairly easy to set-up. Working within the software is intuitive, and the Rippling support team is responsive, helpful, and friendly.
- I can easily get to all other applications needed, the integration functionality is great. Super helpful and user friendly.
Cons
- This has ended up being about a $1200 mistake. I asked them to reimburse me the money themselves due to their error, but they told me to pound sand.
- Everything must be managed via third party apps, which add to the price. Autoapprove fails for all employees if even one person, such as a new hire, is missing any information in their profile.
- Probably more of our problem, but the birthdays are not up to date.
Pros
- My experience with TribePad has been wonderful, we have really managed to develop our processes in an innovative way, which has resulted in both time and cost savings for our business.
- Very good product, easy to use and edit. Candidate friendly and loads of useful functionallity.
- Great experience with Tribepad. Very helpful team and a brilliant partner.
Cons
- Functionality is constantly evolving, and I am unable to keep up with it. Integration with psychometric tools outside their current partner list has been difficult to echieve.
- Difficult to email applications to managers in one document per candidate whilst capturing all of the candidate information - it’s a bit hit and miss at the moment.
- Difficult to shortlist applications within the ATS as there is no quick way to view ALL summary information.
