You've raised a great question regarding accessing applicant score reports in our previous delivery method verse our current. The good news is our current delivery method does allow one-click access from your desktop notification or email, that takes you directly into your client user platform and that particular applicant's score report. I've copied & pasted the steps below to help assist you in setting that up. Please let us know if there are any other questions or comments you may have regarding our products and services, Brian. We very much appreciate your business and our opportunity to help in any way we can to make it run smoother! Instructions for "One-click access into ASR" from desktop/email notifications: You can make your Assessment notifications into a one-click view of the Assessment Score Report by two simple expedients: 1. Check the Remember Me checkbox when logging in to the MAP. 2. Let your browser remember your username and password for the MAP site. Now, when an Assessment link arrives in your inbox, a single click on the link takes you straight to the detailed ASR for that assessment. (Of course, you shouldn't do this if you are using a shared computer.) Alternatively, if you are able to keep the MAP continuously open in a browser tab, you can enable desktop notifications to get instantly informed of completed assessments, whenever you are at your computer. Sometimes we get asked why we don't just include the report details right in the email itself. In addition to the fact that the MAP provides additional features such as quick comparison of multiple ASR's, there is also steady pressure from security experts against including Personally Identifiable Information about third parties in email (which is an inherently insecure medium.)

We have only used Scheig products in my nearly 26 years here, and over time they have only continued to improve.

PROS

Our company has been utilizing products from Scheig more than 20 years, and the SelectRight Hiring Solution is a tremendous asset to our Human Resources team. We are able to identify quality candidates and assess their skills quickly, helping us to place them in the right roles.

For some reason our Spanish speaking applicant’s seem to have a harder time in passing this assessment.

I'd like to take the occasion to very briefly address the concern you have regarding some who seemingly, perhaps, have a bit more 'difficult' time completing the assessment. Our assessments are written at the 8th-grade level, meaning that the applicant needs to be able to read and write English at the 8th-grade level for results to be valid. Many of your employee documents (MSDS Sheets, Personnel Policy and Procedure Manuals, etc.) are written at the same or higher level. It is not valid to use Scheig's SelectRight assessment on people who cannot read and write English at the 8th-grade level. And for some, whose first language is not English, this may pose a rather difficult challenge. It would be good for us to discuss this in more depth, but for now, I offer this as a possible variable that could likely be influencing an anomalous outcome such as this. Quick and easy to use

PROS

Accessing test results is very quick and easy.

CONS

No complaints. Maybe the font could be slightly darker or bolder so there is more contrast with the white background.

Great Tool Prior Before Onboarding

PROS

I like that I can read what they are willing and unwilling to do at the job and what they have experience with.

CONS

We like to print out the results but it doesn't convert well.
