Great app

I really like this app. Every update I really enjoy trying and seeing new things after each update and trying to implement them.

PROS

I really like the To-do feature. There are several things to improve (filtering and sorting To-do in mobile app), but this is the best feature for gathering data.

CONS

The Report is limited - user unpleasant during report creation: you cannot move rows in the box.

Shopl is an excellent employee, data and reporting HUB - with weaknesses

Overall it is a very solid and helpful HUB that I would recommend to use.

PROS

I like most the overall product and that it functions as a hub for back office and field-force. I like that it is mostly free of bugs and issues. I like the general ideas of staff reporting.

CONS

I think the schedule is awkward to use in our case (e.g. when I open the schedule I never see something relevant because back office users always appear and they do not even have a schedule assigned in our case). I also think that the different types of reports, todos and surveys are partly redundant and sometimes confusing (when to use what and how exactly it works). What I like least is the inventory dashboard, because there is no real dashboard. When I open it in our case the first thing I see is: Nothing.

Shopl ha crecido bastante, con los años ha mejorado muchísimo y es una herramienta que todos en la empresa gustan de usar.

La rapidez del dashboard, no se traba, la organización por módulos y el que permita descargar ppt

That the product is not custom made and changes are implemented to all branches = we can not influence needed modification.
