SympleHired HRIS is a great software even with those minor flaws. I recommend.

Easy to navigate. User friendly. By using SimplyHired HRIS we were able to streamline our onboard processing. All documents into one system that gives the user the capability of request signatures from employees!

The only thing in my opinion that I wish I had control over is the deactivate feature because once you deactivate an employee you can reactivate him/her. Also, the document control for employee we can delete if for some reason we upload the document of one employee into another, so use caution when uploading documents.

Great so far - very good software for a small business like ours and best part is that it's free.

Electronic signatures make it easy for employees to sign documents and then store them on the software. Time off tracking makes it easy to know when employees are working and how many PTO/sick hours they have used. Simple and easy to use for all.

Would be great if they had a scheduling feature but apparently that is coming later.

I like their method of pre-selecting candidates, I find it selective and very interesting.

much too expensive for my liking, although it's a useful tool I find the price too high, which doesn't really suit me.

it was easy to use and worked well with the needs that we had.

The only thing I did not like was the cost requirement.
