The Six Disciplines Performance Management Program is a cloud-based goal management and performance evaluation tool that helps managers, teams and individual employees set and track performance goals. Features include tools that assist with goal setting, performance tracking and meeting management.
Six Disciplines software helps users to schedule and collect feedback from employees and managers through regular check-ins. Users can implement a six-step process that helps managers set and track goals for employees and teams.
Six Disciplines applications can be accessed on mobile devices as well as desktops. Plans, meeting details and to-do lists only need to be entered once and they will be synced across the system. Dashboards provide managers and employees with access to real-time performance management information such as completed and in-progress goals and current responsibilities.
Support is offered over the phone and online.
It made it easier to start the conversation with the tables. As stated previously, even though most information was common sense, it was nice to be able to interact with team members and brainstorm solutions and walk away all on the same page and understanding.
A little more in-depth training would have been nice. I feared going into the 3rd exercise, that I did not save my work.
Some of the questions were confusing to understand.
Easy to use and timely information feedback
It was fairly easy to use, did not require extensive training, provided timely results for the group.
I do not know what type of work will go into setting up this software to do the job intended for.

Great tool to capture ideas. The ease of use of the technology. Allows remote participants to stay connected to the process. The technology/software provides the ideal medium and process to synthesize critical initiatives into vital few objects that everyone contributed to.
In the FREE version, there are a small number (I think 6) of initiatives to SAVE and work with.
Original version had limitations to consolidate ideas (I think this is resolved). There was no PRINT feature within the online software (This may be resolved).
