Succession Planning is a must for all Credit Unions
Customer Support has been wonderful with the SUCCESSIONapp product. Very user friendly.
PROSOver the past several years, our organization has utilized the SUCCESSIONapp program as part of a long term board planning tool. The software app has proven to be quite useful. As a result, we were able to determine when board members planned to step off the Board, what skill sets would be required in the future and, we had to ask ourselves, how long should one serve as a Board member? Also the system helped develop and maintain a sustainable and long-term Succession plan that focuses on new ideas, core personal and professional competencies, diversity, which is representative of the credit union membership, and a systematic, staggered timeline to on-board new board members. The SUCCESSIONApp is scalable and easy to deploy.
The ease of use was paramount to our success. Support and training is what made it easy to learn and deploy. Overall, our experience has been excellent. The pricing is very affordable. SUCCESSIONApp is a huge time saver. Your organization can build layer by layer until the reports provide a clear picture.
PROSThe SUCCESSIONApp replaces those old spreadsheets and documents. Supervisors and individuals have access to the database and can help build the plan.
CONSThe template reports are good. They could be better with more customization, however it is more important to get the core assumptions and data correctly entered.
