It needs practice. There is so much capability that you need to put in the time to get used to using it.

We are in our 4th year of using the platform - the 'new look' and 'feel' of the platform has been widely appreciated - it is easier to use and navigate and looks more modern As an administrator I still get confused at times around what I can and cannot do -however, the customer support I have received throughout the time I have worked with Head Light has always been prompt and very efficient Very helpful and progressive company to work with

The inability to archive everything so that it is accessible but cannot be seen I find frustrating

The software looks good and is easy to use and I found staff at Headlight very helpful. I'm sure there was more we could have done to evaluate the results but we didn't really have the numbers using to really get that benefit.
