100% satisfied - perfect CV screening tool & social media sourcing

Sheraton Macao Hotel is the largest hotel in the Marriott International group with over 4,000 rooms and every year we are dealing with turnovers which requires a team of recruiters to handle high volume hiring across multiple geographical locations. We've implemented the Talkpush solution in 2014 and the system is so easy for the recruiters to put it into the current selection process. With the continuous support from the Talkpush team we overcame a few small hurdles and shortly after we have aligned the entire candidate experiences across different job families and give all candidates a standardized but warm & friendly interview experience. We have also collected candidate feedback on the ease of use of the system and some of the job families (e.g. room attendant) has got a very high response rate (i.e. over 95% completed interviews within 5 days of application) which allow the recruiter to spend more time on engaging with the qualified candidates and ensuring all the requisitions will be fulfilled. With the launch of the Chatbot and social media sourcing service, we are now able to reach out to a lot more candidates AND spend more time engaging qualified candidates so our recruiters are so much more productive!

Pros

- implementation is very simple - UI is straight-forward and user friendly - customer service team is very very very helpful - the system has provided a lot of new features which makes it even more better when we started to use it 2 years ago!

Cons

- it takes some time for us to find a suitable voice internally for the pre-recordings

Best CRM for recruitment ever

We've really automated our recruitment process by having this amazing tool; having a recruitment CRM really helps to organize time and applicants but also, with a correct bot programation, it helps even to recruit!!

Pros

It is really easy to post on job pages, to see the aapplicant track and to manage applicants or candidates and vacancies and usefull for big recruitment teams for a same position. Recomended for masive recruitment.

Cons

Haven't figured them out yet; would be the time of implementation but beacause of some WahtsApp's and Facebook's required permissions
