I understand why, but it would be convenient to be able to restrict supervisors to have a small degree of Admin rights.

They have been quick to respond to any requests and were very helpful during the implementation process with getting information entered in a tight timeframe.

I enjoy being able to help review your coworkers, and to give them praises that their supervisor may not always hear about.

We have not had anything like this in our company, and love that we now have that option. Before we would just have to make a note and try to remember at review time.

The integration we passed through was a light process. It tooks us not so much effort to fulfill the templates and then the Guru team finished everything.
