Value for money
TrackStar is exactly what our company needed to accurately and efficiently track the Skills and Training of our employees. It is easy to use for both our employees and our managers, and helps us keep our employee reviews on track by notifying managers via email when an employee has submitted a self-assessment. I love how easy it is to add new skills, group skills by work unit, and apply them to an entire team at once.
Wonderful customer support, consistent updates, and it was very easy to set up and start using from day one of implementation. The reporting feature has helped us see at a glance where our skill gaps are and where we should prioritize training.
