Super Efficient & Super Easy

We have saved money by having to the minute hours reported through the App. We have also improved upon ensuring staff coverage for our facility- Staff is able to communicate with each other or the Managers via the app if they are unable to fulfill their shift and thereafter find a replacement prior to the shift start. It's a great tool for any size business and a great value compared to the hardwire systems available on the market today.

PROS

The ease of use of the Software makes scheduling Staff a Breeze! Receiving scheduling notifications on ones phone is awesome, as well as communicating with Staff via the App has really streamlined our scheduling confirmation process. The ability to turn rules on and off and customize parameters for punching in and out is also helping us manage our Labor more efficently

CONS

Honestly, there are no Cons that I can think off

We have had a positive experience with Ubeya and the team over the years. Its a great product that just needs a bit of refining in areas to be perfect.

PROS

Ease of scheduling and communication with our contractors. Organizing payroll by event.

CONS

the small fields for notes on each shift. The inability to create fields on shifts that are functional prior to the close of the event. The lack of integration access from Zapier - would like to be able to see the fields within events and shifts so we can automate budgets and pay better for our management roles.

Reasons for switching to Ubeya

at the time they lacked interval comms features and the system was very rigid and didn't support our unique workflow.

An Evolving Platform

Their customer service is great. They are very responsive and always eager to help. The admin software has made our lives so much easier. The staff side just needs some tweaking and a more robust messaging feature needs to be rolled out.

PROS

How receptive they are to our feature suggestions and how quickly they are implementing updates.

CONS

UI for staff is a bit confusing (i.e. clocking out for break vs out of the shift). The messaging feature is still not refined so we have to use another program for the time being. Hoping that will change soon.

Great app!

PROS

It is really easy to set up and work with. Employees find it very easy to navigate the app

CONS

Sometimes new employees have an issue connecting to the company and have to contact support - the time difference can be a challenge

Reason for choosing Ubeya

Used it in the past, and switched to Nowsta because it integrates with another software I use, but it wasn't worth the move.

Reasons for switching to Ubeya

Ubeya has more features, and I find it easier to use. My staff likes it better too!

The Most Honest Review

We have had a very good relationship with Ubeya. We are a difficult client as we have some very specific needs that require customization to some reporting and platform features. We are very reactive, and tend to be demanding at times if there are issues. The team at Ubeya, all the way to the executive team, have always handled our needs with grace, and together we have formed a true partnership. As we have moved forward in our relationship over the years, there have been several moments that have helped both of our organizations learn about each other, and grow together. There have been challenges getting things just right for our needs, but also understanding that the platform must be right for all of Ubeya's other clients. Just like any relationship, if both sides operate from a place of love and contribution and communicate with humility and grace, the rest falls into place. That is the best way to explain our experience with Ubeya. It is the #1 tool that contributes to the success of our business. Our relationship with this organization has become more than a business critical transaction, but a truly personal connection that leaves no doubt that they care as much about our business as they do theirs. When making a decision to partner with a vendor like Ubeya, the caring of you and the people in your business, must come first.
