Very easy to use and with a big impact in the organization

PROSThe concept behind it, which is to express gratitude to your peers and colleagues at work. Also, it was really easy to deploy to the whole organization
CONSThis software means to change attitudes in our work life. And it is quite difficult but not because of the software but because of the people to use it.

Uniks, a tool of positive recognition and gratitude that helped us a lot with our Human Resources.
We are Suandco, a law firm and tax advisors, a profession with a lot of stress. Uniks has helped us improve the working environment.
