WebCruiter is a cloud-based applicant tracking solution (ATS) for enterprise-level organizations across various industry verticals. Pre-defined templates and a large library of text and graphics allow users to tailor job postings and advertisements to their needs, which can then be published on a variety of social media and job board sites, as well as a company’s internal job portal.
A resume database is automatically populated as candidates apply and users can take advantage of structured and unstructured searches to find the applicant they’re looking for. Applicants can use a self-service portal upon submitting their information to personally update their resumes over time. Through predefined criteria that the recruiter sets themselves, recruiters can then be notified of talent toward the database that fits their needs.
Additionally, users can also take advantage of WebCruiter's interview invitation management feature that integrates with multiple digital calendars to reach out to potential candidates on a large scale and ensure they don’t double-book interviews.
