Winteam is a good scheduling tool to ensure that your employees are in compliance with the requirements of a site.

We like the ease of use and functionality of Winteam. It helps us to reduce costs such as overtime and to manage our workforce efficiently.

Completing the billing and also the ability to email invoices automatically on creation is awesome. You just have to make very sure you do things exactly or it is a mess.

Most questions can be answered with online help. So easy to use that help is rarely needed.

I really enjoy using the WinTeam system and the integration and efficiency we get from it. Customer support and account management is fantastic as well.

It can be limited on individual personal preferences.

Very good at solving quick issues, not always great with more complicated questions/issues.

It has saved us a great deal in time and especially money as we now do all our payroll in house. Our support team is very helpful and responsive.

Lack of customer centric portal. Customer should have a level of access to view certain items such as schedules.

Win Team is the best accounting software that I have ever used.

When new modules or features come out there is no training.

I like that the payroll is managed all within the same system and ties directly into the jobs. Also customer service is always available and willing to help.

Challenging to implement and learn. Once an invoice is posted, difficult to make a change to the invoice.

It is user friendly and easy to move around in. Entering data is very simple.

Winteam is very easy to use and new employees can learn it quickly.

Losing the printers connection way too often. The inventory for the distribution side of our business does not track and update as with other systems.

Great value for the services provided and live chat support is convenient. I do recommend this software to minimize the complexity of payroll functions for small businesses.

The web interface is clunky, slow, and difficult to work with. The same things have been broken for years, so for some functionality you need to contact support, which takes ages.

The company focus switched entirely, several times and no new features or modules have been rolled out in two long years (no Performance, no ATS, no employee Onboarding, no Pulse Surveys).

So easy to create custom programs for our varying needs also it always looks great no hot mess express here.

Period of time (less frequent now) where the platform constantly ran error messages that prevented some team members from logging in and being able to use the platform.

The customer service and assistance with setting up employees was amazing. The price is beyond fair and I was so appreciative that I didn't have to figure out all the CRA steps on my own.

We love the integration with Payroll. Saved SO much time as we were doing everything manually before.

If things aren't set up properly it is a pain to work with. There a few times where you cannot access the system but after an hour, the system is back.

Rise is free for smaller companies, which is a price that you really can't beat.

For example, I once accidentally entered all of employee's time for a pay period as both regular time and overtime.

We needed a more in-depoth, robust, integrated payroll and HR solution and this was perfect.

There are some redundancies such as the year-end function and pier review. This was confusing at times when rolling into the new year.

Mistakes, no service, billing errors, government reporting errors, cannot get a hold of anyone.

Furthermore, their website's pricing page has absolutely no mention about a base $30/mo.

Customer support - they are very responsive and have always answered any questions I have. I love that I'm able to send an email or make a phone call and talk to a real person.

This being my first experience with a payroll system I am very pleased, easy to use and seamless.

User friendly - the custom reports saved me lots time while reconcile payroll on a monthly and yearly basis. Customer service -  Whenever I need help, the support team is always there.

The software is easy to use, and quick to process. Interface is clean and attractive.

Chat feature is wonderful, and the support staff behind the scenes are always willing to help with issues. Being able to resolve an issue via a chat is wonderful.

So much time saved when doing payroll, and paper saved with electronic paystubs. Employees can request time off with ease and managers can manage their teams more effectively.

Incompetent service reps, unresponsive to inquiries of a critical nature. Have to reach out multiple times and continuously follow up.

Antiquated system, poor customer service and continuous errors on their part which they push back on the customer to enter corrections.

We are embarrassed to be using this product because it reflects poorly on our brand to our employees.

I relied a little too much on the payroll cut off reminder and one time it didn't go through and we missed the deadline but a quick call to the customer service line rectified it immediately.

Using Rises software for smaller business is very cost effective.

Big Win - Rise is located on the West Coast which gives me and my clients with weekend cutoffs almost another whole day to get our info entered into the system.
