Workpath offers a flexible pricing model for companies of all sizes. Three pricing plans are available: ESSENTIAL: 7€ per user per month, including 10% discount on annual billing. PROFESSIONAL: 10€ per user per month, including 15% discount on annual billing. ENTERPRISE: Pricing available on request.

User First Design for Managing OKRs

So glad that Workpath is the tool I use every day at work. Fun, fresh and modern software, what more can I ask for?

PROS

Excellent integration with OKR methodology (not just data entry tool); user-first design approach; actively seek out customer feedback *before* developing new features. Full Tableau integration to analyze and learn about our user base. Check-in capabilities in order to structure discussions. Public APIs and integration with JIRA is big plus. Easy to use drill down approach that even our casual users engaged!

CONS

Missing mobile version/no iPhone app. Cannot easily follow other teams OKRs. Missing Enterprise features (e.g. bulk updates, restrictions based on governance/compliance). More support for OKR alignment and OKR closing ceremonies. Also, some integration with financial year budget in order to convert value to $$$.

Workpath - a professional and fun to work with software and team!

Workpath is an intuitive to use OKR software which helps facilitate the framework across larger organizations globally. We introduced Workpath to have a tool that helps us to better leverage the benefits of alignment and focus across the teams and nurture a mindset for user value creation amongst associates. Besides an intuitive and appealing user interface Workpath also offers advanced analytic features for OKR coaches and program leads to really pinpoint aspects for continuous learning and improvement. The tool has various features which can be added with growing OKR maturity in the organization, e.g. KPIs, resource and alignment requests. In addition to the software Workpath offers a professional and profound account and customer success management, the team has genuine interest in supporting the organization with enabling, challenging, and sparring to really benefit not only from the software but also the OKR framework.

PROS

Workpath is easy-to-use, even for associates/organizations new to the OKR framework. It displays an appealing visualization of OKRs, roles involved and OKR status and offers beneficial support features to improve OKR quality (e.g. build in guides to write good OKRs) and OKR process (e.g. check-in functionality). Furthermore, organizational structures can be mirrored with multiple divisions and flight levels per division as needed. Advanced analytic functions for cycle steering incl. team engagement as well as strategic execution with alignment and OKR status reports help to continusly improve the OKR framework in the organization. There is an option to work with the threefold of objective – key results – initiatives and the integration of KPIs is possible.

CONS

The analytics suite is rather complex and needs some time until it displays correct data, it could be a bit better visualized, e.g. less complexity per report.

Workpath: An intuitive softare that helps a lot to achieve our goals and give transparency to all

Overall we have a great experience with Workpath. It helps a lot to make our goals transparent, to align all the teams, to track progress, identify impediments and achieve our goals. For our OKRs it was the best decision to use Workpath. It makes things much easier.

PROS

The usability The analytics + The chart, that shows the alignment is so helpful The Check Ins The CSM is absolutly perfect. It is helping a lot, to not only have a software but also a lot of knowledge that is shared. Also the guys from Workpath are always available to help with the software or with the OKR Framework itself. Great customer expereince from our side.

CONS

There is nothing I dont like, but I guess the hardest thing for us was, to make people use the software with all the functionality at the beginning and not falling back into old solutions like JIra Confluence to document(But i guess thats true for every software).

I personaly cant say anything about the decision process, since I was not part of the company these days.

Great fit for our company

Helped us grow quickly and still keep alignment towards our goals.

PROS

We started tracking our OKRs with Workpath in April 2016. Since then, we have almost doubled in size and are now 140 employees. For us, Workpath is a great fit because it's a very flexible and powerful tool, yet it's kept intuitive and "clean" and helped us communicating our goals, especially with new colleagues quickly.

CONS

A mobile app would be great! I'm also looking forward to having a feature to customise the reports that I can download.
