Sometimes the integration with ATS is broken. But this is the fault of the ATS.

Great customer service and the system has been useful and simple.

I often select the 'remember my password' and my username populates, but I never remembers my password, and it's annoying.

Maybe there should be a database of candidates that have previously provided fraudulent references.

I do not mind this as I read through all of the comments anyway, however companies that simply use the score only may have some misleading information.

It's such a wonderful product I can't imagine not having it.

Although there is fraud detection, candidates can still provide fraudulent references and if you are not careful they can slip through.

It was a great experience and I have been advised that we will be continuing on eventually to use the system as it was a trial for us originally and I can wait until I can use it again.

The whole system is just super easy to use, by all. Responses are often super quick due to the fact of ease of use.

The XREF team can quickly customise templates for us to suit client specific needs. Candidate experience is a positive one.

The software is amazing. Gives you regular updates on at what stage the reference is at for example if the referee has opened the reference and started the reference, etc.

The concern we had was that we may miss out on leads being generated from the old style reference check.

I hope it's better from an HR processing standpoint, otherwise there's not muse use in continuing its use.

I love the ease of reporting payroll to Asure and then all the (correct) calculations and deductions are handled by Asure and it's less stress on our company.

There's nothing clear about navigating the webpage once you're logged in-- if you want to quickly look to see how much vacation or sick leave you have left, it's not clearly put in front of you.

We have been very satisfied with Asure Payroll & Tax Management. The proof is in staying loyal to them even when other companies have tried to get us to switch to their companies.

They never sent us termination forms or stressed that they were necessary when we told them that we no lonnger needed their services.

It's been great working with them since 2013 when I came onboard. Great to see them grow and evolve.

They make termination difficult. We stopped needing the service in 2021 and informed them of our last payrol date.

Asure bought out our old payroll system (Compass) which was admittedly antiquated. My GL imports have been broken since I started, and getting it fixed is impossible.

It gets the job done every payroll without any problems and without costing a lot of money. It's also easy to use and takes very little time to operate.

Again, there is little reference material to guide one through different scenarios that are easy to understand. No reference or procedure guides.

For the most part, it work out well. I overlooked an error in 2023 but it's something we look out for moving forward.

It is easy to use doesn't have too much complicated stuff. Straight and convenient to understand.

We told them we spoke on the phone with someone twice and they said too bad but their phone records don't go back that far so we can't prove it so they will not give us any money back.
