ISGUS Time Management software


ISGUS America offers a customizable suite of Time and Attendance applications that can support the needs of businesses in any industry.

In addition to Time and Attendance, ISGUS Time Management also includes capabilities for employee scheduling and absence management, as well as additional features for biometric fingerprint clock and mobile accessibility.

ISGUS Time Management centralizes time clocks, attendance, and scheduling data into a single system. Time and Attendance by ISGUS allows defining optimal time patterns according to a number of variables.

ISGUS Time Management is available as a locally installed or hosted solution with monthly pricing per employee. Employees always have access to their personal schedule and information via the web, email or online terminal. The system interfaces with all standard payroll solutions, with additional integrations available to Core HR and ERP systems as well.

    Great Employee Time Management System

    We had an old system for tracking employees time that was unreliable and had poor reporting. With the ISGUS system we haven't had a single issue

    I am really busy and couldn't devote as much attention at the beginning of the project, but in the end it all worked out really well

    Works with our older hand punches. Local vendor people I work with are nice. It can be installed locally.

    Cons

    Logic is hard to follow. Company has not been able to get the accruals to work as agreed for 3 years now. Finger punch do not read consistently.

    At this point, I am generally satisfied with our timekeeping system. There are a few issues with the software that I still need to learn about. Our adoption of the system was drawn out - in part due to issues on our end. However, I think our initial contact was not up to the caliber of other staff I have dealt with. With one exception

    Pros

    I have had contact with two support team members. Both are really good and easy to work with. The software is fairly straight forward.

    Cons

    I wish we had gotten better training when we started and it would help if there was better documentation so I could address more issues on my own. There are still issues I need to understand better.
    The online tutorials could be improved or accompanied by better documentation.

    It has been an experience the past year. Both learning (good) and trying (at times).

    Pros

    One of the customer support is the BIGGEST pro for your company. Not only does she know what she is talking about, she is relentless on finding a solution. And if she is unsure of an issue, she will always let me know....Absolutely enjoy working with her!!!!

    Cons

    When Germany does an upgrade and our terminals are displaying words in German or some other anomaly will happen. Then they blame the US and it is on their end...That's always me favorite.
    The default hours when requesting sick time. This feature needs to be flexible, sometimes you only need one hour for an appt, not the four hours that it defaults to.

    We have been using the product for over 5 years and are very happy with the product. It is always accurate and easy for the employees to use. There is very little downtime, if any. Very user friendly. The support team is incredible as well.

    I believe that ISGUS has been dependable throughout the length of our business relationship but has recently become additionally great by adding a new IT professional on board. Their response time to urgent matters has sped up significantly. This company has a great team may it be management, accounting, IT etc... I am glad to be able to work with them.

    Pros

    It's always good to have an electronic record of absences and leaves.

    Cons

    Sometimes there are reporting issues during payroll processing time.

    I have been using this product for over 10 years now, and have little to no issues with it. The hardest part is spelling Isgus.

    Pros

    My employees have not found a way to beat the system, yet!

    It does not work well with overnight shifts.

    The versatility of the software and the ability to have it on premise as well as SaaS. The Tech support is very knowledgeable and helpful. The Time Clocks seem to be very durable as well as very configurable.

    Cons

    They are based in germany with satalite offices here in the states so some higher end requests go to the engineers in Germany which may take a little bit to get answered.

    They have timely support. It's a very powerful system that's flexible enough to handle all the needs of a manufacturing firm. Best of all, it cut payroll time by seven hours!

    Cons

    It's not extremely user-friendly. It takes some time to teach other colleagues how to use it.
