Easy to use, good collaboration tools

PROS

I can confidently say that it's a very effective and user-friendly learning system. It's easy to navigate and supports a wide range of content formats. They have great collaboration tools also.

CONS

To be honest, the only thing I didn't like was the pricing plans. They are too robust, and for a small startup can become pricey very fast.

Your LMS ready to go!

Very good experience!We went in three months from not having a LMS to have a LMS running and almost 10 courses live up and running from three different training managers!

PROS

The intuitive and user-friendly interface. Everyone can start creating courses as soon as they got their accesses.

CONS

Reporting - Some crossed data reports with cool visuals are a must for Organizational Development departments and everyone in generalSome features - here and there you will find very minor things (Ex: Choosing groups to assign a course instead of choosing individual people (takes a lot of time) But the features are coming and Support Team is super responsive! So your comments and questions will be taken care of real good!

Reason for choosing Zoho Learn

We considered a lot, but Zoho Learn interacts and is integrated with the Zoho Suite, also it responds to our needs perfectly for now. Others could be expensive for what they deliver compared to Zoho Learn which delivers powerful yet intuitive LMS. We thought Zoho Learn goes right to the point. You get in the app and you just get it, vs other LMS where you need to have two training sessions with an implementation manager to kind of start getting it.

Simple and robust learning management system

Great experience with this software, it allows so much control over publishing and editing content also.

PROS

Was easy to use, very cost effective and allowed oversight of staff development as well as publishing of employee handbook.

CONS

No issues, great piece of software for controlling H&S and HR.

The technology most SMBs desperately need!

We use Zoho Learn to centralize knowledge within our company and get everybody on the same state of knowledge. It's a huge help!

PROS

First off: centralizing knowledge within your company is HUGE. There is a ton of upside to create SOPs, courses etc. so that your employees can educate themselves. What I like most about Zoho Learn is its simplicity. You can create courses, manuals, grouped articles and much more.

CONS

There were some bugs in the beginning like images that are not showing, but those have been resolved now. I don't really have anything left to complain.
