I love that I can access Apricot from any computer. It is great to pull reports and gather data so quickly.

Customer Service is excellent through Manage services. They are always willing to make my problem so much better.

Difficult learning curve especially for our unique context. As the organization has grown rapidly there have been dropped balls in management of our account.

Our current setup seems to be more difficult to generate reports than what was demonstrated prior to purchase.

It is expensive and can be confusing to make changes.

Having the capability to build graphics and bulletins on the fly is great for communicating importance/ sense of urgency with the data and goals.

I had heard a lot of negative experience with the Efforts to Outcomes system however they had the analytics capabilities that others didn't.

Customer service is incredible, the best I have experienced with a software company. They respond promptly and help to explain and resolve your problem.

It is decently easy to build and run specific reports. A report can be created for just about all of your needs.

The only thing I struggle with is setting up new users. It' s just not as intuitive as the rest of the product.

Apricot hasn't evolved at the same pace of the industry but once you are bought in it's difficult to move on to another software provider.

It's flexibility and ease of use really is a blessing.

I enter data for my clients on a daily basis. This is pretty easy to use and understand.

In using Apricot (under its previous owner CTK) for years, we couldn't have said enough wonderful things about it. It was affordable, flexible, and robust in its capability.

I like how apricot is a website but also has a data base on the back end.

It was bad about not saving material and you had to put the same information in multiple times. It would freeze up a lot.

Easy to use and very friendly, great application and integrates well with other applications.

On top of all of this, existing subscribers prior to the transition will be hit with a 10% increase in their contracts year over year until it reaches their current pricing model.

It was so hard to work with had to kept repeating same information.

The best feature I found was the employee onboarding. I like the fact that the employee is responsible for entering their own banking information.

The software is roubst and reliable. The only annoyance is when sending the JE to QBO it uses todays date instead of pay date.

Integration of Payroll with QuickBooks simplified my accounting process and also helped me with the onboarding of users. The customer support is quick and simple.

Dealing with Knit has been super easy from the beginning. They do set a high standard when it comes to customer service, that I've always appreciated.

You should be able to put 1 employee in more than one pay group.

I have had a very good experience with Knit and it's employees. I would highly recommend this program to anyone.

This is the worst feature by far. I would also like sick or other leave and vacation leave to be a different colour in the calendar view.

It made tracking our employee's PTO a lot easier (when it works properly!) and was a cost effective solution for payroll administration which we had previously done by cheque.

Love the employee self-onboarding - the whole online process is well-designed. Getting started with Knit is also super easy compared to other payroll providers.

What I really like that Knit is super user friendly. You simply have to send new staff an email and they fill everything in.

I love being able to control the income types, deductions, and codings from within the software and not have to rely on customer service.

Sometimes have issue with extra payments and getting a message that it can only be done on next pay period.

Amazing overall, I use it for nearly all clients and my own business.

I have yet to find anything negative but will let you know if I do.

You can create ROEs and submit them to CRA, it has a lot of capabilities, I used to use ADP and Ceridian and this is just as good.

Super straight forward and easy to use - It's great to see everything at a glance, instead of having to dig to find what you are looking for.

Great payroll product, excellent customer service.

The paystub layout has been a bit confusing for some of our staff.

I don’t have to spend the time to calculate federal deductions or report payroll to CRA, Knit does it for me. The service from help desk was quick and answered my questions clearly.

The payroll management with Knit is straightforward and easy to use. Knit also had great recommendations for benefits and the vendor flowed seamlessly with Knit.

Our amazing team member's paystubs are all stored on the cloud for them and they can access them anytime.

Manual journal export settings seem to need to be reset frequentlyThere is no option to release all vacation pay owing - which is problematic when someone is leaving a company.

Saved my company time and money associated with payroll admin costs.

I have been very happy with Knit so far, and as a bookkeeper I am loving the automatic filing of source deductions and the reminders of payroll cycles.

Love this software, ease of use, great UI, easy for clients to run payroll themselves, different paygroups provide great flexibility.

I use it primarily to run payroll and it's very user friendly. We have not used the vacation/time tracking aspect of Knit yet, but look forward to doing so.

The clear communications and interface always help the process to go as smoothly as possible.

Automation is excellent, and allows all crews to access their own documentation easily in a central hub. Easily implemented and easy for crew to log in and create their own accounts within the system.

The time difference made it hard to communicate at times and the payroll submission had to done very early in the morning.
