  • Pros

  • I really like the simplicity and ease that Bizzabo provides together with the attractive look and feel. Delegates were thrilled with the app as they found it highly useful and interactive.
  • Plus, they offer excellent customer service. My favorite features were the ability to watch the activity stream and social sharing in real-time and maximizing the refer-a-friend ticket boost.
  • Loved the quick feedback from the team as well - representative is of this world lovely, patient. The templates were great and loved how integrated the website and the app were.
  • Cons

  • We also had an issue with our message coming out of the Bizzabo being identified as spam by some of our recipients.
  • Before we used our own main website, which was really hard on time management as every change we had to do was through our development team (even when it came to changing a full stop).
  • Using a product for web management, a product for email and crm, a product for retargeting, a product for ticket sales etc. and tying them all together is a COLOSSAL PAIN.

  • It is very easy to use, as the ready-made templates help in choosing the appropriate design, as well as adding images, texts and video clips, and editing them with great flexibility.
  • As a long time user of RegOnline, we can highly recommend the software based on it's flexibility, user-friendliness, and outstanding customer support.
  • I have really enjoyed our experience so far. Their customer service is excellent and the functionality is great.

  • We have had a horrible experience with Cvent. Our industry is in crisis mode due to the pandemic and they will not work us at all.
  • I think they are scrubbing the negative reviews to keep a high number of stars to dupe potential clients.
  • I rarely post about other companies, but feel that this company has the worst event platform and highest cost I have seen in the conference industry in the past 10 years.
