  • Pros

  • I really like the simplicity and ease that Bizzabo provides together with the attractive look and feel. Delegates were thrilled with the app as they found it highly useful and interactive.
  • Plus, they offer excellent customer service. My favorite features were the ability to watch the activity stream and social sharing in real-time and maximizing the refer-a-friend ticket boost.
  • Loved the quick feedback from the team as well - representative is of this world lovely, patient. The templates were great and loved how integrated the website and the app were.
  • Cons

  • We also had an issue with our message coming out of the Bizzabo being identified as spam by some of our recipients.
  • Before we used our own main website, which was really hard on time management as every change we had to do was through our development team (even when it came to changing a full stop).
  • Using a product for web management, a product for email and crm, a product for retargeting, a product for ticket sales etc. and tying them all together is a COLOSSAL PAIN.

  • The tracking and having a leader board I think was fun for most people, especially those who were on virtually. Liked having a hybrid approach, best of both worlds.
  • It is a great solution for a clean, user-friendly registration system and app, that is still friendly to budgets. The app specifially is very easy to set up and use and has great engagement tools.
  • I really enjoyed using Whova, it was user-friendly and easy on the eyes. It was my first time using the app and I was able to figure it out in minutes and enjoy the fun.
  • Cons

  • Whova technical support was asking for screen shots to trouble shoot the issue. I ended up refunding over 50% of gross receipts to dissatisfied customers.
  • The one comment I have it removing the new notifications on the home screen. I hate having them there and could not get rid of them even going through every single article multiple times.
  • Pretty horrible if you have to explain an audience of 1000+ people that the app was down for >1.5 hours mid-conference.
