And I found that Productstash, already at that time, was good enough for me to accomplish that.

Customer Support is great, it’s very easy to implement. I love the features of embedding the update panel.

The product is easy to use and learn. Features are added in a fast pace and the product listens to the what the users need added.

They have shown their willingness to listen and learn from customers over and over again. They are using their own system and perfectly demonstrates how to make the most of customer engagement.

It helps me keep my users informed about what we are working on. The ideas section is also great to get suggestions from users and create some community involvement around voting for ideas.

The product is super easy to use and integrate with.

The fantastic features and integrations allow your customers to contribute and follow development every step of the way.

My overall experience has been extremely good. I'm very happy with Productstash and their team.

The interface is clean and well thought out. The developers are continually updating the product which I really appreciate, and are regularly adding new features and improving the UI and UX.

It still lacks translations but that is coming. The options for customization are still a bit limited and most features are either use or don't use but new options are released frequently.

It’s simple pricing model with unlimited options make it scalable and very good value.

The widget has a nice graphic and it's quite customizable for what I need. They are also actively developing the software and, regarding pricing, I got a great lifetime deal on appsumo.

Finally a good and affordable way to display a changelog on the website.

Miss a few features when it comes to integration with e.g. JIRA.

Functionality is very limited. Feels over bloated on daily use.

I wish more of the aesthetic features were not restricted to those who pay a subscription. But that is a very minor complaint.

I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.

For such a helpful tool, it is pretty simple to navigate. The interface is clean and user friendly for instance there a templates included to help guide users who may not know where to start.

The title says it all, if you like to be organized then this is fantastic software. After using it for a long time I realized that I do NOT like to be organized.

Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.

What I like most about Trello is the ability to neatly lay out tasks and share those tasks with other users that have an interest in the progress or users that will also be working on the tasks.
