The ease of use for both the admin configuration and the end user setup portion. Inviting new users is easy and teaching them how to connect to the VPN is quick.

Counting the time spent on a machine or in a group over a given period is problematic. Last week, it was impossible to identify whose computers had been accessed.

Sometimes, the network fails to establish connection and we need to reboot the computer to get network back - mainly after application updates.

One of the greatest impact for our institution was the self service features of PG. Reset password and unlocking accounts features of self service reduced the number of calls to our helpdesk.

Modifying settings is quite simple. Configuring new applications can be a bit complicated, but again, the support staff are extraordinary and very responsive.

After we implemented the software , we found out that there were some features that we could use and they were missing. We worked with PG's development and they added it those features.
