  • Pros

  • User friendly, completely adaptable to suit specific business requirements and extremely well priced.
  • The pages where nice and clear, no typical glitches as with other similar programs it was quick, colourful and easy to use.
  • Cons

  • Looks difficult to new users, but you just have to use it a few times.
  • The standard reporting and dashboards are very basic. This cannot support Incident reporting requirements for a business.

  • The graphs and data I can pull from it are helpful and easy to get. Notifications to managers make follow-up easier to do in a timely manner.
  • Ease of use, internet based, ability to modify to meet the needs of the company.
  • Cons

  • Don't like that the clinic/Facility I am sending the incident to does not automatically populate the person I am sending it to. I have to manually search for the person and assign them a ticket.
  • There is no way to archive old reports when a new year begins.
