Donesafe can do anything really, our business will use it for many many things, reporting incidents / hazards and doing the injury management is just the start.

The standard reporting and dashboards are very basic. This cannot support Incident reporting requirements for a business.

Being through multiple changes, there is no update sent to users. Maybe to administrators but not forwarded.

Additionally provides us opportunity to be pro-active about not repeating the compliance issues thanks to Donesafe's strong analyzing tools.

The product is very easy to use and the customer service has been outstanding. Has taken our safety tracking to another level.

Apart from manual csv downloads across individual modules, no other form of integration available.

Reporting options can be very limited and don't allow drill down within Dashboards. Integration with other systems for video is limited to Youtube and Vimeo, direct embedded code doesn't seem to work.

The system was developed over a 6 month period, which was only possible with a dedicated member on staff devoted to the project which is an additional cost.

What impresses me most about this software is the simplicity  and accessibility of all aspects associated with this software.

Enjoyable and full of ease. Never had a trouble, easy to learn and to teach other employees how to use.

The software is very simple to use and acceptable price compares to other organisation.

There is no communication on standard system updates/release notes, and at times we have seen things that were working have stopped working (users complained).

OH and Safety application is great. Safety performance is great to monitor.

The graphs and data I can pull from it are helpful and easy to get. Notifications to managers make follow-up easier to do in a timely manner.

We went from tracking on a Word document to Incident Tracker. It is a great way to track issues, trends, train staff on handling incidents, and have a system for systematic manager follow up.

This is a very good and basic incident management/tracker program. It is easy to use on the staff end.

We continue to be pleased with the platform. Additionally, tech support is always swift to handle our technical requests if needed.

Incident Tracker makes it easy for library staff across locations to share reports. It keeps all the reports in one place and is easy to search.

Rolling this out was easy and almost seamless.

Don't like that the clinic/Facility I am sending the incident to does not automatically populate the person I am sending it to. I have to manually search for the person and assign them a ticket.

I am able to gather enough information and investigate the matter. It is very customizable and the staff are great to make changes.

There is no way to archive old reports when a new year begins.

I am enjoying the last platform upgrade - looks sleeker and appears faster. We love the activity hotspot and trending reports.

The banned patron feature is a bit clunky and only someone with admin rights can use it. Could be a bit easier to use this function.

It is cost effective solution. Data can be exported to excel.
