Keep your users/customers in the loop on system issues
Overall the experience is fantastic, the use of webhooks really allows you expand and report on so many systems.
PROSFreshStatus is perfect for managing system outages (be that incidents or maintenance) and clearly displaying those statuses to your customer/users via web-based Status Pages. I like the integration with Slack and E-Mail which allows you to easily keep everyone up to date on what is happening. Combine it with a service like FreshPing and you can even keep tabs on company websites or important websites used by your company.
CONSI would really like to see Microsoft Teams as a notification integration as this is a platform that most people will want to use.

Best Free Status Page
We were looking for an affordable status page, and FreshStatus solved that need nicely, plus helped us make it look more professional by using a custom sub-domain and branding. 10/10 great solution for a quick status page for small to medium sized teams.
PROSIt's fast, well designed, easy to customize, and has a complete feature set. Best part is that it's free!
CONSLimited integrations and does not auto-ping on its own (although they have another service called FreshPing which can tie into FreshStatus)

Promising replacement for maintenance communication
So far, it is an easy setup enough to show management to get approval. That's about the extent of what I can truthfully comment on.
PROSThis is a near 1 for 1 replacement of our current internal scheduled maintenance communication.
CONSThe integration with Freshservice should have been out of the box but required (minimal) setup. Additionally the subscriber access is limiting, we would prefer to have SSO enabled when NOT within an IP Range. Currently it is 'AND' between the two options, not 'OR', when both are selected. (This review may have to be discounted if this is improved in the future). Additionally, Pricing beyond the 250 base subscribers, or any other additional features, is buried and tough to find.
Reason for choosing Freshstatus
Freshstatus is published by Freshworks which also publishes FreshService our ITSM tool. So, we are hoping for a native integration and ease of setup and invoicing, before truly going back out to the marketplace to look.

PROSThis has main feature like incident reporting and consumer subscription. That's the most interesting part. Better to choose Fresh Status over Atlassian Status Page.

Waiting for a Paid Tier
Very good so far. It's improved our communication by giving us a consistent and easy-to-read option.
PROSThis is a solid status page--it's simple to use, but robust. Aesthetically, it does a great job of representing information in a clean and friendly manner.
CONSThe free version is wonderful, and it's a great place to start. It may be all many will ever need, but I am hoping for a paid tier that would allow me to expand the number of agents, subscribers, etc.

Every company needs to have this
it's connected to freshping which checks the availability of sites and services and automatically creates an incident in FreshStatus and a Ticket in FreshDesk when needed. I love that all tools are connected at Freshworks
CONSYou cannot easily list the past maintenance sessions or incidents in the overview.

Freshstatus is a great option fro any size company!
I was very impressed by the functionality it offers for a private page and it's free! It also has integration with your company's identity provider. This is a huge win compared to many status pages on the market.
CONSI am very happy with the product; however, I wish they had a few additional branding options around color and font.

Main Benefit - It's Integrated
Status page providers all have about the same features with prices from free to as much as you want to pay. FreshStatus is the middle of the road and is a great solution if you are already using other FreshWorks products.
PROSThe main benefit we see from FreshStatus so far is that its integrated into the FreshWorks Suite. This helps to eliminate a number of accounts as we can use FreshPing to monitor, and FreshStatus to report which is great as we are already using their CRM.
CONSCompared to other status page providers FreshStatus is slightly more complicated to use, but that likely comes from its integration with Freshworks. We feel it could use a simplified and easier to understand and use interface on the back end. We also occasionally get errors on the site that require us to start an incident or maintenance event over.

Super easy to update and send announcements
Freshstatus is a great platform to set up scheduled maintenance announcements and inform customers who are subscribed to status changes
PROSI love that it's very easy to choose the different products that are being updated or have an issue at the moment. You can easily notify subscribers about status changes.
CONSSometimes the scheduling for the timezones isn't as easy but I've figured it out after some time playing around.

One of the best status pages out there!
You get a lot of features for free, which is helpful when you're on a budget. You shouldn't have to take out a business loan to tell people that your services are down. The interface is also incredibly easy to use and it makes it easy to track incidents live and review them in incident debrief meeting so it's easy to understand the timeline of events. As a small business that thrives on transparency, this tool has been invaluable, especially after trying other status pages that let us down in one way or another. We have loved using Freshstatus and will keep using it!
CONSHonestly, nothing. The only thing I can think of is that it would be nice to be able to have more social integrations for keeping our customers updated. Twitter is the only (public) one but if you have some developers, you can probably use the webhook to accomplish this.

Probably one of the best status page solutions for the moment
I've recently investigated almost every product on the market and in my personal opinion is that Freshstatus is one of the best solutions on the market.
PROSIt solves almost every needs of a company or product status page - components, incidents management, user subscriptions also got really good UX and status page design including powerful SLA statistics features (personally me think this is a killer feature). The product is slightly new but I'm sure already has almost everything to compete current market tops.
CONSI'd be completely happy if I got the the next features (I'm sure they're in product backlog but some prioritizing won't hurt anyone): 1. External notifications support via webhooks . I have some internal notification services like Telegram and Slack Bots, would be perfect if I could receive notifications from Freshstatus and forward them to my internal channels. 2. Status page privacy restrictions extended support, IP-address restrictions currently support only IPv4 ranges, which is obviously not enough. 3. Incident templates support. Most of the incidents doesn't differ much to each other, it'd save a lot of time. 4. Status page custom CSS support. Many companies have their design guidelines needed to be followed. And the "dark theme" support as an cherry on top!

The General ease of use and its various integrations with multiple other platforms.

Good alternative to Atlassian Statuspage
Overall it has been nice and straight forward with it's setup, but we have yet to fully put it to use until API endpoints for subscribers are released.
PROSIt's integrations with the other Freshworks products that we use. Not a lot to say but the integration element is a key sale for us so long as they provide the main functions that you can obtain from other statuspages.
CONSLacking API endpoints to handle subscribers which is a critical must have for us to fully adapt Freshstatus into our stack. Their staff estimated July 2022 release of these endpoints. Pricing is also not disclosed at all. The product is reportedly free, until you want to have badges or banners (beyond the 1 free) or 250 subscribers.

Lots of features
Freshstatus has lots of features, such as canned responses and the ability to integrate with other systems.
CONSSo far, our staff has been slow to adopt the use of templates and canned responses, but I haven't yet researched the reason for that.

Great Product
Very easy to start using, with a quick setup time and low costs for additional features if you even need them. Can't really fault the Freshstatus team, a good all-round product.
PROSWe've found Freshstatus to offer all of the features of other paid status pages but for free. Personally, I think the design and layout of the status pages is actually better than other paid alternatives.
CONSThe page builder doesn't appear to auto-save so I've lost some progress here and there when I've clicked around the page, but generally, it's down to user error.

Freshstatus in WOW
Freshstatus is a middle ground for those on a budget, there is also the free version which in the end is not as limited as it seems.
PROSFreshstatus is the best. The prices are neither too expensive nor too low, so it's somewhere in between, however there is always the free version!
CONSFreshstatus for me does not have many problems, of course there are other better software, but for me this is the best especially for integrations with freshping and others.

FreshStatus a fine option.
It's easy to use, management of incidents and maintenance is well thought out.
CONSMIssing notification options, web notifications and webhooks is a must. A must is allowing the end-users to subscribe to notifications that apply to them, we have 15 different products and clients on one product don't need to get notifications for other products that have no bearing for them.

Great Status Page
Very easy to use. I was able to set up the bulk of it in under an hour. The public status page has some nice customizations.
CONSThere's no way to schedule repeating maintenance. We've got standard downtime every Friday that has to be entered into Freshstatus as a separate scheduled maintenance event for each one.

Lightweight, efficient and full of features.
Incident reporting is very easy through Freshstatus. Loads of features make the experience even better. It has great integration power with the rest of the Freshworks suite of tools and other integrations as well.
CONSThere was nothing we didn't like about Freshstatus.
