  • Pros

  • Its easy to use once you have familiarised yourself with the system and when we have required support the Hammertech team have been excellent to deal with assisting us with any queeries.
  • System works great when you have a commitment from the project.
  • Cons

  • On some occasions it connection is lost all informant is lost. If configured information is not up dated it can prevent certain actions from completing eg.
  • A little difficult to get individuals to register themselves.

  • The graphs and data I can pull from it are helpful and easy to get. Notifications to managers make follow-up easier to do in a timely manner.
  • Ease of use, internet based, ability to modify to meet the needs of the company.
  • Cons

  • Don't like that the clinic/Facility I am sending the incident to does not automatically populate the person I am sending it to. I have to manually search for the person and assign them a ticket.
  • There is no way to archive old reports when a new year begins.
