I run a small company that doesn't have an IT support team.

I like the ability to fill out forms very fast out in the field.

Ease of data entry, visualization of the data that is collected, ability to generate reports on the fly.

Perfect for small organizations in need of a versatile and cost effective GIS platform.

Students feel empowered when they generate data. It's amazing to watch them go from consumer of spatial data to creators.

The best thing that I have found is the ease of uploading and downloading data.

Great product from beginner till now i am expert. A good API & data events make this product very effective , this product is a complete package.

If you want to move up a level the help, not and customer service are fantastic. Obtaining help is so simple and quick and developing it from a simple firm to a database is step by step.

Saved time with onsite data collection and recording. We are still learning how best to use the application for our specific needs.

The addition of the barcode integration and easy access a few years ago was immensely helpful.

No pivot table such as bar chart to categories the data.

The follow up and support team were proactive in reaching out to me and were helpful in answering all my questions very quickly and effectively.

Very good and time saving experience. One must take care to be ready with all possible apps to be used once out in the field.

So far I have tested the software for 6 months and have had no major issues with its cappabilities.

Ability to Integrate into our own systems through an API is a necessity in my business and this tool facilitates this need.

It takes a bit of practice to be able to fill out the forms quickly, but it's worth it for me.

We would be unable to tackle another catastrophic fire season like the last one, using FULCRUM,  without Polygon / Linear features being added.

I dislike that you can only attach one picture at a time to some things.

Understanding of our business and workflow is difficult, so it made use a little difficult. The only item of contention right now is lack of access to the report writer.

Fulcrum is great, and it has saved us time and money. I wouldn't enjoy my job near as much without it.

I don't like that when the program syncs it has to sync all apps even if I don't use them.

This was just the sort of product I was looking for--inexpensive, adaptable to anything your want to tie to a property or location and web-based.

As i am limited in what software i have access to it has been difficult to add background map data so that something is displayed when the mobile device has no coverage.

The inability to create our own reports (which is being looked at now though).

It has been pretty good. Like I stated it had been a big time saver for us and makes us more efficient in our services.

Good but we had move to another method due to cost and implementation.

Fulcrum is perfectly situation for teaching, learning, and research. It is intuitive for students (and faculty) to setup and use.

There are a number of great things to list about InspectNTrack. It is a great tool for asset management and also mobile inspection.

The asset management component makes it easy to pull histories and manage failures on equipment from previous inspections. The ability to scan barcodes direct from the app is a great feature as well.

Overall, it has been a great program, we have been using it for 15+ years and has saved us a lot on manpower, administration and paperwork.

To date  I have not heard any news on the progress even though i have asked.

I could assign people the inspection task, with prompts of what to inspect. The ease of tracking this with issues they found was wonderful to s h ow any auditor.

I think the new app is better, the old one would crash after doing a few inspections. We use the app for fire extinguishers, standpipe valves, and fire drills inspections.

I like the convenience of the system to be able to upload and download from anywhere in the field.

Last year they almost when out of business but a new company contracted to keep it going. VERY Happy that that happened.

Android Version is extremely bad and needs lot of improvements.

A fun way to complete work. Provides good tech support and training on the APP.

Helps to track the amount of work an  employee completes on a shift. Helps to manage maintenance of equipment and assets.

With the ability to use this on a variety of different mobile devices, it is a great tool to have out in the field for preventive maintenance.

Easy to use, easy to train someone on. Pulling up monthly reports or individual assets is a plus.

Had a hard time at first being able to transfer data through GM's firewall, but was able to find a fix for that.

We find better consistency in our PMs and more failures caught when using this software. Brady and now Wentworth have been great customer support since taking over management of the software.

When routes are partial and the device is synced then you have no idea what inspection points have been completed and you need to start over.

Easy to train users, easy to use, reporting is great.

Some Barcodes that are exposed to the elements fade over a period of time and need to be replaced quicker than expected.

The software makes my inspectors job pretty easy, it helps to keep my program and university compliant with the state and city laws.

The product is very good and easy to enter however time consuming. It would be nice to down a spreadsheet and have the data input quickly.

I most like the ability to track the progress of inspections while they are being performed to ensure adequate progress is being made throughout the month.

I think it should be opened for all devices vs having to pay for a license for a few devices.
