  • Pros

  • Our president loves the sales pipeline. It gives him the opportunity to visually SEE what the sales people are doing on a weekly basis which he loves.
  • I love that Epic understands what we as users need and what the experience our customer need and want to have. I love that the system has many AUTO features that can work in the background.
  • I love the ease of use and the functionality of this program. I also like the options of filing and organizing within the program.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes when it is stalling or not working correctly we literally can't do anything until it is fixed. We depend very much on this system.
  • In the accounting portion of the system it is very hard to undo something if you make a mistake.
  • This product is without a doubt one of the biggest mistakes we made when starting the agency.

  • Pros

  • It’s better to call tech support with EZLynx than sending in a ticket through their automated reporting. This is a great tool that we are able to use to highly improve efficiency.
  • I especially love their customer service/tech support. They are very nice and helpful and respond really quick.
  • Supports most carriers and best integration with them. Good intergration with HawkSoft and other agency management systems.
  • Cons

  • The service dept's stock answer is "it's the carriers fault, or that's the way the carrier wants it. I talked to 2 rep's and they were very upset that it's not working or rating correctly.
  • Terrible reporting features, not able to run birthdays with everything else. Bad customer support/on boarding and training.
  • Customer support is horrible and trying to cancel your service is a nightmare.
