Pros/Cons

Pros
This program is easy to use, and the training is wonderful!
This system is easy to navigate, and easy to learn!

Cons
The Chat function is great, but it errors out on me multiple times in a week.
Larger commercial accounts are a little cumbersome in the system. The certificate management is much better than 8 years ago and continues to improve but still needs a little tweaking.

Super User Friendly. Amazing program we could not live without. Keeps you point with tasks, follow-up, and so much more.
Easy to use and intuitive. Get's all your information in a digestible, secure format.

Cons
A couple of glitches, but the support team is OUTSTANDING!!!
Not too much to complain about, at first it was difficult to upload clients and prospects, but now we have the hang of it.
