  • The system also has a built in bill of lading and allows for UPS/Fedex integration for shipping. So far this is the best technology investment we ever made.
  • The best feature of the 3PL Warehouse Manager that I like is its ease of use.

  • It can be difficult to work with on various levels of management. Meaning that it can sometimes be difficult to correspond with other management systems.
  • The billing module is really confusing. For my cocept this application is made for small organizational structures.

  • Connex is super easy and flawless to use. The help we received to guide us through the selection of system, on-boarding and implementation and set-up was amazing.
  • What I like most about Connex is that it is reliable. Each week, we manually sync our orders from Big Commerce into QuickBooks.

  • The only negative is that I did not find this soon enough.
  • Several of their upgrades have resulted in broken configurations that have corrupted our data & now broken sync entirely. Their customer service team has been extremely unresponsive and they.
