- Customizable for my environment, implementation support was very responsive and helpful. Integration with AD and Zendesk is great.
- Love the scanning capability using a smart phone and the app. Filtering assets makes for quick and nice reports for inventory management.

- The only negative is that the administrative options are not the easiest to navigate until you have experience using the system.
- The lack of offline usability. We have some areas that do not have cell/wi-fi signal and it would be beneficial to add an offline component that can sync later when a connection is made.

- Connex is super easy and flawless to use. The help we received to guide us through the selection of system, on-boarding and implementation and set-up was amazing.
- What I like most about Connex is that it is reliable. Each week, we manually sync our orders from Big Commerce into QuickBooks.
Cons
- The only negative is that I did not find this soon enough.
- Several of their upgrades have resulted in broken configurations that have corrupted our data & now broken sync entirely. Their customer service team has been extremely unresponsive and they.
