EZOfficeInventory is a cloud-based inventory management solution designed for companies of all sizes. It offers barcode scanning, supplier management, re-order management, purchasing and usage tracking.

The inventory management functionality of the solution allows users to track inventory levels using QR codes and barcode tags. EZOfficeInventory features a mobile app with the barcode and QR code scanning functionality, which allows users to track their inventory using mobile devices.

GPS tracking capabilities allow users to track items’ location. This feature helps users track their assets on an interactive map and identify lost and misplaced assets. The solution offers a REST-based API that integrates with other REST-based systems.

Customized reporting and dashboards help users track and monitor assets and users are able to analyze historical inventory data and make decisions regarding their inventory management practices. The solution integrates with third-party applications such as Zendesk, Dropbox, Salesforce and OneLogin. Pricing is per month and is based on a number of users and items. Support is through email.

Pros

I like the customization most about this tool. You can create your own custom fields when adding an asset or an inventory. This is a big advantage that many tools do not have.

Pros

Very reasonable price for the product that has all necessary features we might need in our production, functionalities that can be utilized on day to day tasks and capabilities of implementation into various systems

Cons

As long as working and setting up this software I have not seen cons yet. everything what I was looking found in this product. Maybe it is too many variations of software

I love that I can have multiple members and track the assets or inventory easier. I can easily check something in and out to any member.

Cons

Not a lot of `how to work the site. It needs something that could possibly guide you around that place so that you understand what your looking at

Support is great, EZ Office Inventory has a little further to go to call it perfect. EZ to use and setup.

Cons

Needs phone support, support turn down and Idea I sent them as a feature request. Needs to be open to new ideas.

The ability to add documents, photos, notes, and geo location. Simple customization to create a clean look for asset management.

Cons

The ability to print labels 1st without placeholders is a con from the gate. It's either data entry first / label last, or create placeholders to print multiple labels and then re-enter data for those existing placeholders. Label customization could use some work, there weren't easy Logo attachment buttons and the label creation wizard is a bit dull.

I like that our techs can easily scan items in and out of our inventory with their smart phones. The easier the better!

Cons

I wish the "location" feature was the location of the item in the warehouse and not a GPS location.

I understand that a new iOS app is in the making, and if there is room for improvement in the platform the mobile app is probably the best place to make it.

Ability to customize fields to make the software work for us is a plus. The mobile app has proven to be very helpful when going around the office to initially enter products.

Cons

The only dislike so far is having to enter ID numbers before adding a bar code. This takes a significant amount of time to enter the ID then attaching a bar code. We will use the bar codes for quickly reconciling inventory.

-users can reserve and check out items. can be set up so the transaction must be approved by admin
-mass actions on items

-had some sync issues when linking reservation calendar (internet calendar) through Outlook 2016
-when checking the select all box on the items page, only items on that current page are selected. It will not select all items in the system.

This allows us to use our personal devices vs logging in to a central computer system, to check in and out equipment for accounts.

Pros

I love the scanning feature from my mobile device. It allows all of the consultants to easily check in and out the sets

Sometimes it doesn't show what you are searching for in the first page and you have to scroll through multiple blank pages before your item will show up.

Report seem to does not list update per filter. I guess I just need to get to know the report better.

That you can customize fields with different assets and inventory, the software is easy to use and available to multiple users.

Cons

The company was unable to customize a payment amount based on lesser items, and you are unable to print the groups or the list under the groups with all the asset information.

Our company is a lot more organized now.

Pros

It helped organize our portable devices as the cost of these devices have gone up significantly. With our company having over 200 smart phones, tracking their use history was very important to us.

Cons

That it has little flexibility or integration for our needs. We would for sure like a higher user cap without having to pay more as the product is already quite pricey.
