The system was very hard to follow and the initial integration was a nightmare. We had no customer service to help push us forward with a go live date and further onsite training was denied.

I tell all customers to minimize customization of products and keep them as close as possible to out of the box. This is difficult with business that are accustom to their old processes.

Ease of use and simple to understand. Simplicity is what i liked the most in this software.

He is not only helpful but a complete pleasure to talk to.

I love the ease of analyzing  each piece of our manufacturing process.

Overall it is great and the cost is very reasonable.

The product is deceiving and  lacks functionality for the processes we utilized for our company. They were unable to tailor the product to our needs even though they sold us on that in the beginning.

They were genuinely interested in helping us improve our processes by designing a report that met our specific needs.

Basically, I've found that most people who complain about Fishbowl are really complaining about inventory, which is hugely complex.

We are looking to expand and utilize many other integrations for web store and asset tracking capabilities.

As stated above, I would not recommend this software especially for CPAs and their clients. It sounds fantastic but doesn't work as designed, especially for Quickbooks.

Hard to fix problems without having to talk to fishbowl. But they are usually very responsive when i have a problem.

It integrates with Salesforce via a API and is continually improving.

Fishbowl is powerful sales, inventory control, and purchasing software for QuickBooks users at a very reasonable price.

The disassemble process can be a bit intimidating if you don't know what you are doing. Fishbowl Go needs to be able to manufacture as well.

Fishbowl is a great asset to our company. It has been wonderful in helping us manage inventory for our warehouse and tracking errors.

Integrations with QuickBooks can be incredibly useful for companies already based in QuickBooks.

Their customer support rep. has been awesome for our team. He's taken control of our issues and been very responsive.

Ease of Quickbooks Online integration, ease of cost analysis.

When I get errors after voiding a shipment and editing and when I go to ship it again I get an error.

Unfortunately, there isn't an option to cancel an order due to an over-limit from the customer. I've also been finding it difficult to manually reenter sales order.

No more reentering sales orders manually, No more printing statements, No more counting inventory, No more canceling a sales order because a customer is over limit and much more.

It is easy to use and it is user friendly which is the most important thing for any software. Effective stock management is also it's best feature.

The software is very user friendly and if we had any problems the tech support was always there to help 24/7. I would have to say that the tech support over at Handifox is the best.

We can even enter reorder points and have purchase orders generated when stock levels hit the desired reorder level. We are so happy we found this app.

We don’t require to print everything on paper because of HandiFox. Great software for small as well as big companies.

It sometimes has issues connecting with Quickbooks but I have not experienced this issue enough to call it a major problem.

Our company can affirm that it's been worth it investing in handifox. Now distribution is done in a much more professional way and this earns us respect from both our staff and other competitors.

HandiFox is an inventory tracking and sales management system designed for small to midsize inventory-centric businesses in a variety of industries, such as retail, wholesale/distribution and manufacturing.


The app is available on-premise and in the cloud and works with Android mobile devices. Users can manage various inventory processes from their smartphones, which then sync back to QuickBooks.


HandiFox integrates and syncs with both desktop and online versions of QuickBooks so users can process transactions and inventory flows. When a user creates a purchase order in QuickBooks, it is sent to their mobile device. Upon receipt, the user can scan the barcodes to confirm receipt of the correct items.


With the mobile app, stock pickers can use smart devices to scan barcodes to confirm shipments are correct and to print packing slips. The system also features standard inventory management modules, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, vendor managed inventory and others.
