GlobeTrader is an absolute game changer!

PROS

I use the platform every day. Most of my customers order via the online portal on their own but if I need to add an order, check order status or send an email invoice to a customer, GlobeTrader makes it super easy and fast. We have used a few other popular platforms but GT has clearly been the best of all of them!

CONS

Customer service has been great (one of their biggest strengths) but sometimes our special requests for new features take a few week or more. That can be frustrating when you need something new. But overall, we have not needed too many custom features yet.

Reasons for switching to GlobeTrader

We needed a platform that was easier to use, allowed our customers to order the way they wanted and we also wanted to save money. GlobeTrader has delivered on all of the above and more.
